Great place to stay near Clemson!

Plenty of room for your family at this spacious lake house! It worked perfectly for our vendor group for the Dabo Ladies Clinic. Owners were very gracious and accommodating. Will stay again, if possible!

This is not a fancy place, but it was clean, well-stocked, spacious and perfect for our stay. The owner was easy to reach and quick with responses, and even left sodas and bottled water for us in the fridge. The setting was lovely -- lots of trees and a welcoming deck that stretched all along the back of the house -- and the location put us within minutes of the places we wanted to visit in Clemson and the national foreest. My only suggestion would be to put Kleenex and waste baskets in the bedrooms.

Wonderful house, wonderful area.

In town for a graduation, couldn't be happier with the entire process and stay. The pictures do not do the living area justice. It was lovely we all were very comfortable and enjoyed lovely walks in area parks while we were in town.

What a great house and great location. The check-in process was very easy, no issues what so ever. The house was full stocked with items to make your stay seamless. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook, plenty of towels and wash cloths for your bathing needs, and lots of games and books to play and read—there is a great one on the history of Clemaon Football. Communication with host was great, he was very prompt in answering questions. The house is about five minutes from Clemaon, so if you are visiting someone at school, this is a great place to stay. We are hoping to make this our #1 spot when in Clemson.

Excellent House Close to CU

Great house, close to Clemson University and Downtown. We stayed here for CU Family weekend and it was perfect. Quiet, close to campus, relaxing porch and plenty of space. The owners are super nice. We would definitely stay again.

This was a nice house, close to Clemson. Just a couple minutes to drive into Clemson. Nice places to walk along the lake and in the forest. All the appliances worked and were clean.

Wonderful home base

Wonderful location, quiet (some planes on weekdays from nearby regional airport), no light pollution on bedroom side, very accommodating layout. Loved the deck! Very comfortable.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood while you are in the house but realize you are close to Clemson University if you are in town for an event or seminar there. Also right on the county line between Oconee, Pickens and Anderson counties so great access to any event you may be attending in one of these places.

We truly want out place to feel like home to you while you are here. There are probably a few scuff marks on the wall that maybe my kids put there or someone else’s did when they were visiting. It isn't going to be perfect. But see we have tried to make our place as affordable as we can to as many people as we can coming to the Clemson area. I think if you will look at some of the other prices of comparable places in our area you’ll see that. We want our place to be affordable to the family coming to visit their kid at school, to the man who is coming to take a fishing trip with his son, to the nurse or pastor coming to temporarily serve our area, and to anyone and everyone in between.

The number one thing we are told about our place? It felt like home while we were there. That is always our number one goal.

So if completely modern décor is what you need, we may not be the rental for you. But if you are looking for an affordable short term rental that is just a hop, skip and a jump from most places in Upstate South Carolina come stay with us. About 25% of our rentals now are return visitors that have stayed with us before.

This was a good first home for our family and we hope it will be a good short term home for yours!
