Welcome to Summerset Villa, a reimagined barn estate in the heart of Bridgehampton. Just moments from town and the beach, this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat offers a peaceful escape with easy access to local shops, dining, and transportation.



Originally the Ludlow Grange Barn, this 6,000 square-foot home was rebuilt in 2014 with soaring ceilings, open interiors, and thoughtful design. The main level features a dramatic great room, a sleek chef’s kitchen with views of the pool, and three spacious bedrooms connected by a striking hallway. Upstairs, a private guest suite accessed via exterior stairs includes a fourth bedroom, gym, office, and additional living area.



The U-shaped layout wraps around a landscaped English garden and a heated gunite pool with hot tub, offering privacy and serenity. Set back 500 feet from the road, the property feels tucked away while remaining close to everything. Bikes, surfboards, and beach gear are also provided.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
