The Space:
Step into a beautifully remodeled apartment that exudes a modern rustic charm. The living area features a gorgeous natural wood dining table to accommodate everyone comfortably for sit-down meals at home, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen adorned with a breakfast bar.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 4 adults and 2 children/youth in mind. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a cooling A/C for those warmer nights. The second bedroom houses two cozy double beds. Both rooms share a tastefully designed bathroom. Located on the first floor, the unit is easily accessible, with just 9 steps leading up to it.

Beyond the apartment, the condominium offers a lush tropical setting that guests have come to adore. Dive into one of the two swimming pools available, with one specifically designed for younger children. For added convenience, a laundry room is available at the complex, and private parking ensures your vehicle's safety. With 24-hour security, rest easy knowing you're in a secure environment.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Here, you'll be right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? Just a 10-minute walk away, or even quicker if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel right across the street!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km | 3.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
