This Smith River farmhouse boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Additionally, there are 2 additional spaces - a cozy upstairs loft/living room with 1 twin bed and 1 queen beanbag bed, and an office space with 1 queen beanbag bed. Our lovely property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Smith River.

Family-friendly coastal retreat featuring a private indoor heated pool and separate entrance, it is shared with the other rentals if there booked. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 lofts—perfect for large families or groups. It’s the main house on the property, with two additional rentals available upon request for exclusive bookings this is a shared property. The pool is shared with the other 2 rentals. You can inquire about the exclusive option if interested. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for hosting unforgettable meals and making lifelong memories with loved ones.

Heating- Home has Pellet Stove (We provide one bag) and has a wood burning stove (We provide one bundle). There is also small electric heaters in each room. ( please turn off all heat when you are not in the house including pellet stove and fire place for safety). This property has other rentals and the pool is shared. There is an option to book the property exclusively- please check with owner if you are interested. No unapproved events. We allow event ONLY if you are booking the entire property exclusively and events are approved. Additional fees do apply. Additional guest not on booking must be approved-additional fees apply.

Great stay with lots of room, close walk to beach. A gas grill would have been nice but good place for lots of people to stay and enjoy!

Lots of room for everyone (we had 11 people a couple of nights), kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Not sure what the group liked better- the pool or the pool table! Communication from the host was great!!! We originally got the wrong address and the host quickly straightened it out.

My husband is a disabled veteran with limited mobility. We were excited to have the pool so he could relax while I and our friend explored the Redwoods. Before booking the home I had contacted the host to verify the pool was up and running. I explained to her at that time I had a disabled husband who was excited to use the pool. When we were a couple hours out from arriving I was told there would be another family staying in the “cottage” that would share the pool and they would have access to it from 11 am-9 pm. My husband was not comfortable staying at the home to use the pool knowing at anytime the other family could access the home we were paying for and use the pool. I searched everywhere to see if I missed something about the pool being shared and there was no mention of it. I called the Vrbo help line to verify I hadn’t missed the pool was to be shared, she found no mention of it also. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned out to be full of anxiety, throughly disappointed!

The overall experience was OK….We thought we were going to use the gas fire pit on the patio unfortunately,the tank was empty,, and I don’t think that I should have to fill that up… We wanted to barbecue, but unfortunately, they had one tiny barbecue….. I think if you’re gonna host a big house ,you should make sure there is gas for fire pit ..You should have a big barbecue for people to be able to cook …Also many dishes in the house were not clean and we had to clean them before using them….Also we left that house perfectly clean..It was cleaner as far as the kitchen goes then it was when we showed up…
