Would stay again!

There were a few things that weren't perfect with the condo, but this location, view, and overall satisfaction was great. My family enjoyed this so much, we would definitely book again.

The room needs updated the beds are all hard as rocks !!!

The property, it’s self is nice but the room we stayed in needs updated!!! I saw some rooms looked very nice !!

Beautiful ocean view and wonderful balcony

We really enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach. The condo has a wonderful balcony and beautiful ocean views. My husband spent the majority of our vacation on the balcony. He absolutely loved it !!! The beach was not very crowded. And the pools and hot tub were wonderful. The condo does need a few updates but I would stay here again. 😃

Very outdated

We booked this condo bc the pictures of the outdoor balcony showed 2 tables and 6 chairs as we had a 5 adults in our party. When we arrived one table was broken and we only had 3 chairs. There was a broken chair left on the balcony by the cleaning crew. There are 4 tvs in this condo but only 1 works! We called asking for help with the tvs and possibly getting us some more chairs and never received a call back. On your arrival day you will have to drive to a different location to pick up actual keys bc this condo doesnt have a code entry. Then on your checkout day you will have to drive back to the main office to drop your keys off. The toilets leaked, the kitchen didn't have good pots and pans for cooking anything, and just overall very outdated and felt a little dirty. Was overall very disappointed considering the price.

Still a good time

Maybe skip Orange Beach in favor of Gulf Shores due to the annoying median that makes getting in and out of anywhere a giant pain. The place wasn't the best, which was probably why it was available two weeks out when my previous rental was cancelled by the owner. Pro: 1) Large balcony, lots of seating. 2) Appliances all in good working order if well on the old side. 3) Good beach access. Con: 1) Building is undergoing repairs, carpets taped down, foam siding in elevator, that kind of thing. 2) Indoor pool is not heated, freaking cold. 3) Furnishings look like the kind of things that you might find in a secondhand store. 4) Televisions are an issue. Only one smart TV (small and in the little bedroom). Two others are nearly non-functional. 5) Lots of odd angles in the bedrooms and hallways. 6) Check in/out is at an office fifteen to twenty minutes away

Although this condo is great, the unit is very outdated and could be greatly improved with a reasonable investment.

Not clean. Good location

Furniture was not clean. Arrived to room with pudding cups and popsicle sticks on floor. Had to grab the popsicle stick out of my 1 year olds hand before he put it in his mouth.

Awesome location! Very nice condo, and amenities! Great area!

Had a wonderful spring break here. Well equipped and amazing view. Dishwasher wasn’t working but repair man came and got it running quickly. We had teenagers and small children - all enjoyed! Totally recommend.

Dated unit

First the good: great view, great price, nice facility and good security! Brett-Robinson great to work with! Negatives: 3 Broken dining chairs, worn out cushions on sofas, one small frying pan to cook with, several outlets not working in kitchen and living room , lamp missing stem in one bedroom so only one small lamp to light the room, cable jack pulled out from wall in living room. Needs serious updating and repairs to make it a great unit.
