Coastal cottage feels throughout this condo! With perfect coastal touches and peaceful decor throughout, you and your loved ones will enjoy every moment of your vacation here! Step out onto balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of sugar-white sand and the Gulf of Mexico emerald green waters. Kick back on the couch in the living room or wake up in the master suite to the sights and sounds of the waves.

Enjoy the open floor plan and spacious bedrooms perfect for the family! This vacation rental will sleep 8. All the comforts of home are on display with a fully furnished kitchen, clothes washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi.
Enjoy many amenities on the property including indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, fitness room and barbeque grills. Located with views of the Perdido Pass and walking distance to restaurants, activities and shopping! Book your next beach escape at Phoenix VIII, Unit 81404!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great family trip.

Overall very pleased with our stay at this condo. Great location, wonderful clean beaches and quiet and peaceful at night. Checking in was a breeze and this unit was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to rent for vacation

The room was just like it was described in the Booking . Very clean an neat up to date . Great for family mini vacation we will definitely stay there again great place over all

Loved the condo! Perfect for our family!

Went for a long weekend getaway and this place was perfect. Our only complaint was there was a lot of noise coming from condo above ours due to spring break party but all in all, I would definitely rent this condo again!

Beauty beach decor. Spacious living room area. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Comfortable beds. Great balcony for enjoying the breeze off the ocean. Just wish one of the bathrooms was a little handicapped accessible.

This property was more than we expected! It was gorgeous and had an amazing view! The condo was fully furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and we had an outstanding time! Orange Beach never disappoints

Great Stay

The condo is very nice! We really enjoyed our time. I would suggest someone look at all of the electrical outlets. Many of them did not work.

Beach getaway

We had a great stay at Phoenix VIII. Overall the property was pretty clean. The linen had some stains, the kitchen had glass cabinets that could have been wiped down along with the refrigerator doors and handles as they appeared to have dried food on them. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the things we needed. The view of the coast line to the east is obstructed by another condo.

Unexpected surprise

We looked around for weeks trying to find the right property. Once we found one and got everyone in the groups opinion they got rented. After that happened numerous times we decided on this one and from the pictures things were outdated but upon check in we discovered it was just renovated, everything was beautiful and the view was divine. Absolutely would rent again
