The space
You will have private use of the entire upstairs rental with a secured private entrance with a balcony/deck overlooking the backyard and beautiful sunset . You will have a personal barbecue pit and fire pit with chairs and picnic table. Large parking lot with plenty of room for your boat/snowmobile/ATV trailers. Great location just a short walk to Oneida Lake, nice neighborhood, pub, small grocery store/gas station located right next to the snowmobile trail.
Guest access
This is a two family home and we do rent out upstairs and downstairs separately and together when available. The backyard and parking lot is a large shared space . You’ll have a private balcony overlooking the backyard with a view of beautiful sunsets . And you will have access to your own barbecue pit and fire pit with chairs and a picnic table, in a spacious designated area located at the bottom of the stairs.
Other things to note
There is one exterior security camera installed above the entry door and one exterior security camera in the parking area . This is a two family home with two separate rentals, one upstairs and one downstairs they can be rented separately or together when available.

An additional cleaning fee will be added for stays longer than 2 weeks, for each week extra.
