Location: You will be in Arrowhead Lakes which is a private, gated community. Enjoy two scenic lakes with four swimming beaches, three outdoor heated pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a fitness center. The broader Pocono mountains have so much to offer for seasonal recreation. 30 minutes to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. 40 Minutes to Camelback Mtn. 25 Minutes to Khalahari. 20 Minutes to Pocono Raceway.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across two inviting bedrooms:

Master Bedroom (Upstairs): A serene retreat featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, a twin trundle day bed, and an attached bath for ultimate convenience.

Second Bedroom (First Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed with its own smart TV and easy access to the first-floor three-piece bathroom.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home/backyard. There is a locked off crawlspace that is only needed to be accessed for utility purposes.

Once you book, you will receive an email from the homeowners association Arrowhead Lakes Community providing you a QR code to access the gated community and leverage the amenities throughout. I will also provide you access to enter the home via text

Other things to note:
I use the property myself when I am in town visiting family and have tried to stock it to a level where I can just show up & enjoy! Mi Casa es Su Casa!
