Notification that parking is in the back near the stairs to the unit would help guests. Spaces for units 1-5 are clearly marked, and beside them the spots are for the adjacent building and marked with towing warnings. Information re: Wi-Fi should be sent as well as left on the table. Unit is clean and close to Las Olas. It is old and arguably in an area that for strangers does not seem walkable esp at night. We arrived at night and it looked as if the unit had been prepped for painting - pictures removed, primer and walls prepped, but not yet painted and pictures were not yet rehung - missing pics marked by nails including in the bathroom. Bar of soap would be helpful in addition to the shower gel in the bathroom. It is better in the light of day, but we left after the 1st night.
