As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by the cozy family room with a large, comfortable couch and flat-screen TV with Roku. The room is stocked with books and board games, making it the perfect spot for a movie night or family game session. From here, you'll have a lovely view of the backyard, which features a covered patio and an in-ground pool - the ideal spot to cool off on a hot summer's day.

The home has been recently refurbished with waterproof laminate wood and tile floors throughout, giving it a fresh and modern feel. Through the door between the dining area and the kitchen, you'll discover a separate one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a couch, chairs, and a dining area in the common area, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a private bathroom.

The newly remodeled kitchens have everything you'll need for preparing and serving home-style to gourmet meals. Through the main kitchen, you'll find the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep on top of any laundry needs during your stay.
