You will have access to the entire home except one owner's closet. We offer contactless check-in with a smart lock door code that will be provided prior to your stay. Make yourself at home. We are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or concerns.

This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction without refund. There is a street facing camera at the front door, and we will charge up to $1,000 for any violation of this agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00pm. This home is equipped with a noice decibel monitoring device.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance and is strictly enforced. Do not park on grass or block neighbor's driveway under any circumstances (subject to fine mentioned above). As a private establishment, pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.
