Trout Creek Recreation Center (.6 miles) - this fitness facility offers a
weight room, cardio room, fitness classes, recreation pool, lap pool,
steam room, dry sauna and spas.
Tennis/Pickelball Center (1.6 miles)– Includes open play, adult and
junior clinics, a pro shop, professional racket stringing, and lessons.
Beach Club Marina (4.1 miles) – Located on Donner Lake, offering a
sandy beach, café and equipment rental including stand-up paddle
boards, kayaks, pedal boats, windsurfers, and Hobie sailboats
Northwoods Clubhouse and Rec Hut (1.5 miles) – Offering a family
friendly pool, lawn games, geocaching, bocce ball, archery, disc golf

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
