This modern home offers a quiet and luxurious Tahoe Donner getaway for a group or a couple of families on the prestigious Oslo Drive. Enjoy a game room with a pool table and Xbox, two decks with forest views, a short walk to Trout Creek Recreation Center, and easy drives to skiing and other activities.

The first-floor game room has a pool table and a large sectional sofa facing a TV with a DVD player, cable, Roku, and Xbox. A small table is perfect for playing board games.

The second-floor living space includes a bright area from which you can enjoy the view from the sliding glass door to the deck. The home's modern, cozy feel is accentuated by the smooth hardwood floors, cathedral-style ceiling, and a stone gas fireplace in the main living area.

The fully equipped kitchen has marble countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances like a Wolf gas range/stove. Enjoy your morning wake-up at the coffee station fully equipped with a coffeemaker, bean grinder, and espresso maker. Gather together for dinner at an elegant wooden table with leather chairs.

The primary bedroom is a quiet haven with a small private deck with forest views. The en-suite bathroom has a stand-up shower with stunning tile. A second bedroom has charming built-in shelving and lighting in the headboard. Kids will love the third bedroom, with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed with wide stairs, and a pull-out twin mattress. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Head to the backyard, with a picnic table and paved patio under the pine trees. The deck has seating for guests - great for cooking on the gas grill. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for six cars.

Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Enjoy incredible amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
