Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Ladera del Mar is a large residential community that sits just before the town of Playas del Coco. The home is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR). From the development, you are just a 5-minute drive to amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Just 5 minutes more and you’re at the ocean with several beachfront restaurants and a main street lined with shops, restaurants, and fruit vendors. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
