Welcome to our guesthouse conveniently located halfway between Kona & Hilo. Here in Ocean view, you can pick up groceries and sundries nearby, settle in and relax, or take part in a variety of activities on the island. This property is behind a private gate with a long tropical driveway. Discover how easy and relaxing island life can be. Sleeps comfortably six. There is wireless Internet as well as wireless available to you in several other locations on the property. We also added a Television with Netflix access and put in a on demand hot water heater, so you have ample hot water.
The guesthouse has a queen size bed as the main bed, and two queen pull out couch beds, outdoor patio with a charcoal BBQ. The property is on 3 acres of lush beauty with an organic orchard, fruit trees galore (help yourself when in season....) papaya, banana, lilikoi (passion fruit), coffee, oranges, mac nuts, avocado, lychee, mango, guava, , tangerines, lemons, ...Enjoy your favorite meals in a beautiful full size kitchen. Chill out in a hammock or for a truly dreamy night we have unmatched stargazing with Hawaiis zero light pollution policy. We have that 'away-from-it-all' feeling but it's only a 20 minute drive to beaches and fabulous restaurants! We have added everything we can think of to make this an amazing experience for you & leave with memories that will last a lifetime. Inside the guesthouse you will enter into an open living/dining kitchen area with fun colors. The building has the island life vibe with lots of beautiful picturesque windows that overlook southpointcharm with 21st century amenities - 4 burner stove/oven, sink, a coffee tea bar microwave, toaster and refrigerator. The water - the entire property runs on a water catchment system. Guests must consult host before reservation with children under 10 yrs old. Only one parking space provided per booking
