+ Return furniture to original spot if moved (this includes outside furniture too)
+ Please be aware that occasional power outages may occur - if this happens , don't worry, we'll provide you with easy to follow instructions on how to start the portable gas powered generator located in the garage. As soon as we receive a notification from PG&E we will reach out with all the details. Thank you for your understanding!
+ Unfortunately our home is not wheelchair accessible
+ NO SMOKING. Zero tolerance for non compliance. Smoking indoors/any where outdoors on our property is not permitted.
+ No pets allowed
+ No events, parties or gatherings
+ No unmentioned visitors on the property at any time. All guests must be on the reservation for liability reasons and to be covered by Airbnb.
+ Must be at least 25 years old to book
+ No third party bookings accepted
+ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8Am, which is a county ordinance
+ Please clean up after yourself
+ Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of your stay
+ Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior cameras: 1 mounted facing the driveway, 1 mounted facing the southside of property, 1 facing front of property, and 1 mounted in the garage. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
