Guest access:
***PLEASE READ*** Property includes cliff drop offs! Warning!!

You will have full access to the front parking area, which can accommodate up to 3 cars or 1-2 cars plus a boat trailer. There is also a fire pit with sitting in the front of the house as well as a front porch with seating. The back yard is accessible but we discourage guests venturing back there due to lack of activities as well as DANGEROUS CLIFFS AND DROP OFFS. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED!
Other things to note
Please Note: Hotub and other outdoor activities (firepit, decks, outdoor shower etc) usage are weather dependant and certain inclement weather (such as thunderstorms, rain, snow, ice etc ) may prevent guests from using all the spaces available in our listing. We encourage guests to get appropriate travel insurance that could cover these instances.

Please note:
- outdoor shower is seasonal and will likely be off and unavailable from November through March.
- fire pit is available throughout the year but you must provide your own firewood.
