**Available as short-term, mid-term or corporate rental- Sleeps 10 People!** Experience your very own "White Lotus" type of paradise in South Padre Island! This island gem comes with a Gourmet Kitchen, Balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floors, Outdoor Dining, an Indoor Elevator, Views of the Gorgeous Bay Waters & Beautiful Sunsets, a Private Pool & Spa, a Perfect View of the weekly Fireworks and SpaceX Launches and only 5 minutes from the Beach & Entertainment District! This is the perfect vacation spot for you and your friends & family! You will simply fall in love with The Majestic Villa- an island treasure!

Our house comfortably sleeps ten people- or 3 couples and 4 children! The bedrooms are located on the first and third floors, while the second floor has a kitchen, wet bar, game room/office, dining areas and entertainment. This allows plenty of space for your group! The downstairs bedroom is handicap accessible and there's an elevator in the house to easily get to the kitchen and balconies.

We provide items for the beach, including body boards, an umbrella, a cooler, floats and toys. Pool towels are provided for the pool/spa, as well as a bluetooth speaker for music.

There is a Tiki Lounge on the first floor with a mini fridge for drinks. There is also a poolside bathroom and refrigerator off the terrace. And an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off from the beach when you get home!

You will love the memories made at The Majestic Villa! A piece of paradise awaits you!

This place is the most welcoming and well appointed place I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen is gigantic, numerous balconies for privacy or morning/late night views, you can see the water from the place, several refrigerators on multiple levels, pool and hot tub are accommodating, fridge and sink outside with shower which was super convenient. Quiet cul de sac. Super close to the bay restaurants and bars but far away enough that you don’t hear it at night. Owner is the nicest person. Best rental I’ve ever stayed out. 5 stars.

Family Trip - 3 Generations

This spacious tropical retreat was perfect for my family! Floor plan ensured everyone had their private space along with multiple gathering spaces. The game room was perfect to keep jigsaw puzzles out and easy to work. Multiple decks and fabulous views.The kitchen also was huge and well stocked to cook anything. We ate in as much as we ate out.The secondary living room, a.k.a. the tiki room adjacent to the patio and pool area a bonus! Book it! If you have a big family or multiple smaller families, it’s perfect.

I grew up in Indiana and have been in Texas for 17 years. I currently live in Austin with my husband, two teenage boys and three cats. We are a baseball family. We own the house. I manage it and make sure it’s well taken care of for my guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Perfectly located towards the center of the island, it’s a quiet road that is perfect for fishing off the bay. I provide a couple of lawn chairs just for that. It’s only a short drive or walk to the entertainment district and fairgrounds. But it’s tucked far enough back off Laguna Blvd. that you don’t hear the noise from the bars. It’s really the perfect location.

This neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. The fire station is one block away and it’s five minutes to all the restaurants and bars. The view of the bay, the sunsets, and the peacefulness of the home make for a very relaxing vacation. With entertainment and food not far away. Waking up early and sitting on the balcony with your coffee is a memory to be made in and of itself! So happy to share this home with you!
