Maison ultra moderne en bord de mer! 5106 est une maison élégante en bord de mer avec 5 chambres, 5 1/2 salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes. Franchissez le pas de la porte dans une cuisine immaculée et entièrement équipée, équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'un grand îlot central. Le plan d'étage à concept ouvert vous permet à vous et à vos invités de circuler dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, ce qui en fait une maison idéale pour recevoir la famille et les amis. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et s'ouvre sur la piscine.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre d'amis équipée d'un lit King size et d'une salle de bain privée. Trois autres chambres avec lits King, Queen et Pleine grandeur, ainsi que leurs propres salles de bains privées, sont situées au deuxième étage, ainsi que la suite principale et un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec un lit superposé double, idéal pour les enfants ou les adolescents. La suite principale comprend un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, un balcon privé en bord de mer et une salle de bain principale privée. La salle de bain a une incroyable baignoire, une douche à l'italienne, une grande vanité avec double vasque et un miroir de vanité bien éclairé.

Perfect house for our annual friends trip, we'll be back!

This was our 3rd annual friends trip to Padre and 3rd time renting from SPI Rentals. This home was in a great location, and we had 3 couples, 2 with kids. This setup allowed everyone their own room and bathroom, which is perfect. Being right on the beach is super easy to spend time at the beach and we loved the huge sofa in the living room when the weather wasn't amazing one day. The only downfall is the photos show a Green Egg grill, but there is no grill on the property. We loved it, and will be back next year in one of your rentals!

Home was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our big family. Very convenient to have a restroom in every bedroom. The direct access to the beach was the best part for me! Watched a few beautiful sunrises right out our back gate.

Beautiful home with ocean view

We loved being right on the beach. The house was perfect for three families staying together. If we visit SPI again we would not hesitate to stay here.

Place needed to be cleaned in the back and so did the pool and hot tub. Broken down grill had rusted chips all over the patio area that got into our feet. The furniture was not cleaned either and covering the back with most of it undesirable to sit on. We had to spend hours cleaning and sweeping to spend the day outside. The filter for the pool was not working and in the pool and hot tub piles of sand. Lock to the back was unlocked and anyone could have gone to the back all other door locks in the house were extremely hard to use. My husband had to lift up to lock the doors. Didn’t find the other thermostat until we left, the upstairs was extremely hot while it took hours for the temperature to go down in the downstairs. 75 is way to hot to have guests show up to and still have to wait hours for the temperatures to go down. We felt the house had great space but it needs work and for what we paid it should have been way better prepared and cleaned.

Great place and location!

Great beach access and right next door to bar/restaurant. The place was clean and had plenty of common space for our group of 8. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Would definitely recommend!

Beachfront house

Great house and location. Entire family enjoyed and we had all ages. Only thing it needed was an outdoor shower or easy access to water to rinse off sand. Would definitely go again.

Great Place to stay

Excellent place to stay with you family, the house has evrything, the house is in a perfect place!! Just check the remote controls for the tv, sometimes they didn't work fine.

Love this place

Very much love staying at this private place in SPI. There was a little trouble with our booking when we arriving there was someone already staying at the place we rented, but the problem was fixed, and the manager let us stay in the same neighborhood, which was perfect. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect home

Our family fully enjoyed this beach house as we celebrated our son graduating from medical school. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us in a warm environment! Loved the beach front access and pool/ spa the most. We will return and recommend this property!

The place was very clean. The kitchen well-stocked. SPI staff cordial & responsive! We had a wonderful time in South Padre & this rental property was perfect! Awesome add on beach gear was a real plus! Thanks sooo much!!!!

This property worked so well for our family. We enjoyed facing the Gulf with easy access to the beach. My husband, who was unable to walk to the beach watched from porch and felt included. The pool worked well for us and the hot tub was a welcome addition. Having a dedicated bathroom for each room was perfect. The kitchen and family area was very nice. Being next door to Wanna Wanna was a bonus and we enjoyed volleyball over there.

We have been renting homes from SPI for 7-8 years. This home needs some TLC. Power wash the pool area for God's sake. Not a big deal. Floor rugs and upholstery have seen their better days.Bathrooms were clean, beds and bedding are above average. We won't rent this house again next year I will do more research and read the comments before booking.
