A good place to land in Sebastopol

This is a wonderful place to stay in Sebastopol. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and well appointed - comparable to a suite in a nice hotel. There is good access, parking and a great location. Everything worked perfectly. The only issue is that entry to the room is via a spiral stair case that would be difficult for some people with disabilities.

Beautiful home, walkable. Listing says the owner prefers to hand off key but then no communication the day of, after I communicated arrival time many hours in advance. Main picture in the post isn’t of the part of the house that’s rented out. Space is above the garage with access via a very narrow spiral staircase that’s a pain to traverse with luggage. Room had Luxurious touches like fine linens and nice coffee but lacked basics. There wasn’t much surface space in the bathroom or hook for hanging toiletry bag and could only find one wash cloth. My husband is 6’2 and didn’t sleep comfortably because the bed frame has a footing.
