Nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  quelques minutes de restaurants raffinĂ©s, d'Ă©tablissements vinicoles, de plages, de superbes randonnĂ©es et de beaux parcs. Le studio est dĂ©tachĂ© de notre maison, dispose d'une entrĂ©e indĂ©pendante et un parking est disponible. Nous avons Ă©galement une laverie disponible sur demande. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe and secure while in the studio as well as coming and going, even at night. Shopping and restaurants were only a block away and the location was very central. The studio was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The host was always available to welcome me and to ensure my stay was worry free. I would definitely stay there again while in Santa Rosa.

Loved the place as John and Jean have thought of everything! For example they have a coffee pot AND a press pot if that is your fancy. So many teas, coffees, chocolates. Half and half in the frig. Separate room from the main house, very private, roomy, comfy queen bed with super soft sheets, kitchen area with even a crockpot, toaster oven, table and two chairs, microwave and small frig. A large closet with shelving. Very clean, well appointed bathroom. Step out the door to take a nap on lounge chairs or have morning coffee at the cafe table. Starbucks is maybe 1/3 of a mile away. Reading material if you forget yours, TV with cable. You’ll be back, I know we will be.

A Studio with Class!

This beautifully decorated apartment was the perfect size. The bed was comfort heaven, the shower was lovely and the kitchen did the trick for my microwave, coffee pot and fridge needs. There is a fountain in the backyard garden where the table and chairs and shade are - I enjoyed my glass of wine while listening to it, so peaceful and meditative. I will absolutely return to this jewel studio when I return to Santa Rosa!Thanks, John, for your friendly and attentive hospitality!

Delightful Stay with Gracious Host

This is my second stay and all was just as wonderful as the first time. John is the perfect host and makes sure that you feel welcomed. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. This time I had a bit more spare time and with the beautiful weather, was able to take advantage of sitting out in the well maintained yard. Highky recommend this place.

Serene setting and perfect for my needs

Traveled to Santa Rosa for a weeklong training seminar. John and Jean have a lovely home with a beautiful backyard garden area where the rental unit is located. I was at the seminar all day every day and it was so nice to come back to such a serene setting. I had laundry to do at the end of my stay which John was more than happy to assist me with. Highly recommend!p.s. For those without a car, it's walking distance from In-N-Out, Safeway, CVS, Peet's Coffee, etc.

Great place to stay

I am extremely pleased with my stay. Tue room was very well maintained and comfortable. The years was absolutely beautiful and I wish the weather had been a bit warmer so that I could have truly taken advantage of the space. I also loved the fact that this was so close to shopping so that I could easily walk to the store. John was also an amazing and responsive host. He responded to my messages very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Wonderful and Convenient Location!

Lovely VRBO

My husband and I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past few years while visiting family in Santa Rosa. This is a one room Vrbo with a small kitchen area and a full bath. It is always clean and cozy. John always has half and half in the fridge and coffee for the coffee pot. He also has a bowl of chocolates, which is just a treat to come home to in the evening. Visitors are welcome to relax in a lovely backyard with beautiful flowers and a water feature. I just can’t say enough about the feeling of home we have here. Our family is moving from Santa Rosa to Md, and while I’m happy they are closer to us we will miss John and this lovely Vrbo. We can’t recommend it enough. We realized thru the years that there were places closer to the family’s house, but having stayed here once we were not interested in “moving.”

Super stay

Love staying in this cozy studio. It has everything i need in a peaceful setting. The fireplace provided cheery warmth with a flip of the switch. I sat in the comfy chair with the provided throw and enjoyed not having to go out in the rain. The little kitchenette is perfect for leftovers and snacks. John is a great host. I'll stay again anytime I'm in town!

Perfect get-a-way

We only stay here when we are in town. It’s the perfect location to everywhere. During this trip we enjoyed breweries, downtown, walks, and great food. John was and always is the perfect host. Already looking forward to next time.
