Resort Fee: There is a mandatory $35/day resort fee, payable at check-in (not included in your booking rate).

Parking: Only valet parking is available on-site, with no in/out privileges, and can cost over $50/night. Alternatively, more affordable parking garages are available within a block.

Building Amenities: You have full access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, and on-site dining. However, please note that this unit is managed privately by Nomad Luxury Properties, independent of the hotel’s program. Guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging this arrangement.

Daily housekeeping is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Guests acknowledge that temporary closures or limited access to amenities may occur, and the host is not responsible for these instances. No discounts or breach of agreement will be recognized due to these temporary closures.

We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any such occurrences.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM
