Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, depending on their size and breed. **Please notify us in advance** if you plan to bring a pet. Failing to do so may lead to cancellation of your reservation. A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged for each pet.



**Pet Fee Details:**



* **1–4 nights:** \$35 per night, per pet

* **5–29 nights:** \$250 per pet

* **30+ nights:** \$400 per pet

**Guest Verification & Rental Agreement**

All guests must complete a verification process prior to check-in, which includes:



* Submitting a valid government-issued ID

* Confirming contact details

* Completing a secure screening

* Undergoing a background check, if required by the host or property management

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your booking. By reserving, you agree to the terms outlined in the listing and rental agreement.



**Timing Requirements:**

Verification must be completed **within 24 hours of booking**, or **within 1 hour for same-day bookings**. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation.



A $55 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
