Great place!

We had a great stay at this location. The room was perfect and loved the view of the ocean from the room!

Worst experience ever. Condo nothing like pictures

Dated beyond acceptable. Blinds not attached, shower broke we had to fix. Rusted shower bar so bad curtain wouldn't work. toilet leaked when shower on. Plastic fan for exhaust. Dirty dishes and utensils out away. Keys for door barley opened door. Had to buy barriers for remote to work. Lamp didn't work bad bulbs in guessing. We left early couldn't do it anymore. Not sure we will ever use VRBO again. Very disappointed

Higher expectations than delivered.

If you are looking for location and view this condo has both but stops short there. Condo is worn out and rental experience is lacking. Rental company lacked responding to messages on VRBO, told WiFi did not need password, but was locked, Keys given without a key ring (Yes minor but if you don’t have your own car..., only one roll of toilet paper for the stay, no working exhaust fan in bathroom and bathroom sink drain stopper not functional. Disappointed but again location and views helped!

Stay at Condo 572

Experience was simple and all questions answered quickly. Condo was excellent and exactly as pictured. Great location without all the crowds. Loved the peace and quite and easy access to beach. Will stay there again if available

Bad Mattress

The condo was nice, but the Mattress were in sad condition. The worst night's sleep. For the price we paid, it's not worth the stay, until something is done to the bed to improve. My wife's back was in bad shape after 3 nights of feeling springs in the bed. We left this message when we checked out.

Beautiful view

We loved this unit. My absolute favorite thing was the view from anywhere in the unit. It is just 1 bedroom which was perfect for me and my husband. We woke up to the ocean view, we ate breakfast and drank coffee looking at the ocean view. While the weather was still a little cool and windy to enjoy the balcony, it was just perfect. This unit is also close to everything we wanted to do. We rode our bikes and walked everywhere. Thank you!!

The walls and floors were thin.

Property was overpriced based on all the extra fees. There was a fee for VRBO, and Brett Robinson property management, and clean up the.

It beautiful, the unit was as pictured. View was beautiful.

The unit was great, the complex is very nice and clean. Kathy at Island West was very friendly and kept the building sparkling clean. Would have been nice if there were more restaurants in walking distance.

Beautiful view

The pictures are real, you will get the view that they promise! The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was lack of follow through with the office. I reported no hot water on day 2 and it was not fixed prior to leaving on day 7. The cool showers were rough. This unit's door slams itself every time the north neighbor slams their door and I wouldn't have reported it, had the west neighbor not left ME a nasty note for slamming my door (which putting a shim in my wiggly door did not resolve). Again, the office said they would follow up and they did not for the remainder of my stay. This unit is so close to several restaurants and activities, you must walk to Bahama Bob's for dinner! This vacation spot truly helps you have a relaxing time. All the kitchen dishes and utensils you could need are there, but don't forget to bring any condiments you want (there's no salt/pepper). Bring beach towels, too, as they are not provided. This unit is very well kept!

Very good except for the WiFi.

The owner would not allow us to use his WiFi and we had to attach on to someone elses. It wasn’t very strong. Shouldn’t advertise a WiFi if you aren’t going to provide it. Other than that the unit was very good and clean.

Perfect couples getaway!

This condo is great! My husband and I went for our anniversary and we have ZERO complaints about this unit, nothing but praises! Fifth floor, end unit. Extremely quiet! The kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked, the living room was very comfortable with nice furniture. We didn’t have a reason to sleep on the pullout couch but the couch itself was comfortable and not hard. The washer and dryer was nice to have for our swim wear. Nice spacious, private balcony, plenty of room for 4 people. No obstructed views. The bedroom was good size and the bed was nice and comfy. The facility and building was clean, the pool was well maintained, and quick elevators. The beach was just steps outside! They had plenty of luggage trolleys and shopping carts to get your things from your car to your room. This building is the first of two near the public beach access right off Gulf Shores parkway. Very close to several shops and restaurants! Really just can’t say enough good things about this unit! We will definitely look to see if this unit is available again the next time we come for a trip!

We had a great stay

Despite tropical storm Gordon we had a great stay. The condo was awesome and was very well taken care of. The rental staff even brought the patio furniture in for us before the storm hit since we were out at the time. The only thing I would have changed would have been putting a lounge chair out on the patio but that is just a personal preference. we would rent this unit again in a heart beat.

Great Place in Gulf Shores

Let me start by saying the only thing that kept this from being five stars is that the couch was pretty worn out and it was hard to get up from. After 3 days, neither my husband or I sat on it. That being said, this is a great property. It is exactly as pictured in VRBO. We could walk to at least 10 restaurants as well as several souvenir shops and the largest Dollar General I have ever seen. It is right on the beach and the balcony gives great each views. The kitchen has everything you would need. I always worry about beds when we stay somewhere, and this bed was very comfortable. Please be aware that the wireless internet connection is unsecured, so be careful with your browsing. Also, there were only the two of us and there was plenty of room. With 4, it might be a bit tight.
