Welcome to Koa Lagoon Unit 303, a newly renovated, direct oceanfront condo in sunny North Kihei. Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, the condo features a sleek modern kitchen, walk-in shower, brand-new cabinets, counters, flooring, and tile for a fresh, elegant feel. Quiet split AC systems in both the living room and bedroom ensure comfort throughout your stay.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat offers 647 square feet of living space and a rare oversized lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean and West Maui Mountains. From sunrise coffee to sunset cocktails, you’ll have front-row seats to Maui’s beauty—including seasonal whale watching.

Inside, the open-concept design lets you enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a bright and relaxing space. The condo is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, beach chairs, coolers, yoga mats, and even a pack-n-play for families with little ones.

The Koa Lagoon complex is quiet and well-maintained, with just 42 units. Guests enjoy a heated oceanfront pool, barbecue grills, lush lawns, and direct beach access—perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or strolling miles of sandy shoreline. Right next door, the historic Ko‘ie‘ie Loko I‘a Fishpond is a great spot for turtle watching and offers calm waters for kids.

The condo was located right on the most beautiful beach. The view from the condo was unbelievable at all times of the day.

Very nicely decorated. Well stocked/supplied. Good location to island activities/exploring. Comfortable bed. Large balcony and great view. Enjoyed watching the sunset,and outrigger coneos. There is a reef 300 yards offshore for snorkeling I enjoyed.

Condo was well located and had an amazing view! Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy! The home has been beautifully remodeled and is beautiful! We had a unique power outage situation that the property manager took care of promptly! Condo came with everything we needed as far as linens, towels, beach chairs and cooler. It was obvious these owners are proud of their property! Also, located in 3rd floor and had elevator which was very much appreciated!

The place was perfect. Recently updated and remodeled. Very clean. Literally seconds from the beach. Plenty of parking spaces open all the time. The 3rd floor ocean/beach view is beautiful. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook in but no oil, salt, pepper, tea so buy anything you would eat/drink. And there’s no toaster. There is a refrigerator, oven and microwave. Water pressure in shower is very wimpy and the provided soaps very perfumed and industrial - we suggest you bring in your own. We loved the giant tv and premium channels to chill out in the evening.
