Beach time!!

Very clean and tidy. All the employees at the property were very respectful and asked if we needed anything at anytime.

Lovely condo.

The condo was well equipped with towels and dishes. We had to pay $50 for a parking pass. I thought that it should have been part of the rental. The beach is beautiful there.

Beautiful View

Wonderful location close to lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Inside of unit is comfy and kitchen was well equiped. Ice maker worked great. we didn't hear much noise during day from side apartments, but you will hear some in hallway at night. Very bright light coming in bedroom window at night. We had a great week staying in this unit.

Need black out curtains for bedroom. Ceiling fan in bedroom is old and makes noise. Needs some updating. Ceiling vents need replaced. Our care package did not come with dishwasher detergent to run dishwasher when we left. They told us they ran out and we could buy some.

Property was okay but bed very uncomfortable and we had to put blanket up in window to sleep because of outside lights. We were afraid to use the dining table because someone tried to repair but leg at angle, afraid it would break. Sliding door extremely hard to open and close. We would stay at the property again but not this unit.

Island winds west

This property we stayed in for 3 nights was sub par. The pictures definitely were not the same as the room. Over all the unit was dirt upon arrival, grime around all of the base boards, the popcorn curling was falling off numerous places. There was spiders in the unit. The unit in whole could use a over haul. Very out dated. The mattress on the bed was worn out, and the head board was very sloppy/loose. The air vents all were covered in dust/lint. Could really use a good deep clean and updating. The unit was in a great location. But we will not stay here again.

Great location on the beach!

We loved where this condo was located. It does need some upgrading. Air was cold and perfect!! Bedroom is right next to elevator, which isn’t so good if you are a light sleeper!

Our stay at at Island Winds West

Overall, our stay was very nice. The water pressure was low and there was not enough hot water for more than one bath. We were not able to use the hot tub as the water was not hot enough and quite cool. The condo was very clean and neat. Our view from the balcony was exceptional as we were on the 8th floor. Yes, we would stay here again!
