Une oasis de plage située au 4ème étage d’Island Winds East, ce condominium d’une chambre à coucher et de 1 salle de bain.

· Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat mural de 55 pouces et canapé-lit Queen dans le salon accueillant.

· Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit foncé et tous les appareils standard.

· Places pour quatre à la table de la salle à manger.

· Lit king-size et télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale.

· La salle de bain principale rénovée comprend un meuble avec un lavabo et une douche à l'italienne en carrelage.

· Profitez de la magnifique vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées et la porte coulissante. Une table et quatre chaises sont l’occasion idéale pour prendre un café le matin et une boisson fra����che le soir avec une vue imprenable.

Communication was outstanding & check-in was flawless. Perfect beach view & space is comfy for two people. Big draw back was the daily 4 am garbage truck banging around with the dumpster. Bedroom is to the back & above the dumpster area so unfortunately we were startled awake every day (Tues-Fri).

Great stay

Great location with awesome views from every room. The property and the room were clean and well maintained. The room was a perfect size but a little dated but hey it’s a rental. The pool was great. My only negative is I wish I could have stayed longer. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Great condo! We will definitely rent this same condo again!

Condo was great! Loved the walk in shower. We loved the location. The Hangout, beach stores and several resteraunts were in walking distance. I loved that the realtors were on site and very friendly and helpful, especially when we got locked out of our room several times because we forgot our key. I will definitely be back to stay in this same condo. Only complaint I have is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable!

Nice Place With a Great View

This is an 8 story building right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor, which is just about perfect for people & beach watching. A pair binoculars come in handy, since the beach itself is some distance away.The unit itself is very nicely appointed & the King bed is comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The 4 balcony chairs are comfortable and there is a small table.I would definitely stay there again. The building & unit are well maintained, the on-site office is staffed 24-7 and are very helpful & responsive. Saxon was great.

Great condo. Nothing like opening the balcony door and hearing the waves from the ocean. One thing to make note of…the master bedroom mattress is very firm if you would have an issue with that. It would not deter us from renting this condo again though. Just more for info purposes. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

We enjoyed the beach-view property. It was the perfect size for a couple get-away. The condo room was clean. We were a little concerned about being so close to the public beach; however, we had no issues. We had a great trip!!!
