Lovely, clean and well managed property.

Enjoyed being close to Thunderbird Conservancy hiking trails. Easy access to grocery stores, and restaurants. If ever in area again would definitely rent home again.

Great place

My family of 3 came to town for the NCAA final four tournament. It was a great place and super quiet. Was everything advertised and did not disappoint. Owner was super helpful and responded very quickly. Highly recommend

Very nice and clean

No master bedroom, but does have 2 separate bedrooms with full size beds. It was perfect for our needs. We also loved the location being a bit away from all the streets and highways. It is located right next to hiking trails, which was perfect for us. And just a short drive away from the spring training facilities. Hope to be back next year.

Nice, private hideaway!

We loved our stay! The house has everything you need; coffee and filters, toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, and all those little things that many rentals don't offer. We brought a large enclosed trailer with ATVs and loved that we had room to park it onsite. The location was great and easy access to hop on the 101 to get anywhere in the area. Brandon was quick to answer any emails or messages we sent to him.

Lovely Spot

This property was perfect for us - not too big but not too small, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We found that even though we were outside of town, we had easy access to highways to take us everywhere we needed to go. We took advantage of being walking distance from the Thunderbird Conservation Park and took a nice, long suburban hike! And the bunnies and coyotes in the yard were a bonus!

Quiet and Peaceful. Very Beautiful

My Family drove in from Vancouver, Washington for my father's Celebration of life service. We arrived just after dark. Brandon and his wife met us when we arrived, really nice people, very nice home. We really enjoyed staying here it gave us a place to relax at and unwind during such an emotional and stressful time. Thank you! We will come back!

Peaceful and comfortable

Very nice accommodations for me and my husband. We spent a week. The house was clean, updated and well equipped. The property was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to city conveniences. Close to hiking trails if desired. We heard coyotes in the distance on more than one occasion at night. Very cool. The owners were always very quick to respond to our emails and went out of their way to make sure we we were comfortable. Super friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for someplace quiet and comfortable. It can easily accommodate 2 couples without tripping over each other (although only one bathroom) or a family of 3-4. Plenty spacious for one couple.

Neat Location, Once You Find It!

Tucked away next to Thunderbird Mountain, and just off 67th and 101. Very convenient. It's only about 30-45 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable and quiet, with the owners just next door (they were terrific too). The yard is typical desert, so don't expect anything fancy. But we enjoyed watching the rabbits and quails play all day. It could use a bit more shade and seating out back, but otherwise a great place to stay. I don't recommend you try to find it at night- very hard! My GPS couldn't find it (but my brother's did), and the dirt road is hard to see. I would rent it again, since I stay on the Glendale side.

Met our needs perfectly! Perfect location, plenty of room, responsive host

Brandon was very responsive to any need we had. Always responded with in a very short time. He and his wife were warm and welcoming. The setting feels like country, but is close to Sprouts, Fry’s, Walgreen’s, gasoline, and even church. Due to health issues, we cook 90-99% of our meals. We brought some of our own cookware, not knowing what would be there and knowing what we regularly use. They had several pans, including a steamer pan, two small crockpots, a toaster. We had our grandchildren for an overnight and the Scotts were good with that. Plenty of open the space for 2-4 people. Clean and charming. Perfect for us! We would enjoying staying here again.

The neighborhood was originally rural horse property and still has a rustic farm like feel with a fully remodeled interior for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
