My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament and we really enjoyed staying at the property. It was very clean and communication from the host was excellent! Loved the pool and will be booking again next year.

The house was very clean and allowed so we were able to travel with our Goldendoodle because it was a family trip. The house was situated to what we needed. They communicated with us quickly with questions. If I had anything to say it would be about the neighbors parking. They were 4 deep into the cul-de-sac and 4-5 wide between 2 houses. We thought it was due to being a Saturday they may be having a gathering, but they were there the whole time we were. There was a dog behind that barked a lot but we figured it was because of our dog (who doesn't bark). The beds were very comfortable and having a pool was a bonus

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very accommodating to our needs and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The check-in/out process was very simple, and we would definitely stay here again while in the Phoenix area.

The house was great and family friendly. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. The house is located close to the Westgate Center with plenty of food and entertainment options. The pool felt great with the hot weather we experienced while visiting.

Perfect Stay

We came to town for a football game this house was in a quiet neighborhood and only about 8-10 minutes from anything you could want: food, shopping, nightlife. Was a great stay for our guys trip, will consider for my family also.

Brewer spring training

Very roomy and clean. To bad it eas too cold to use pool. Only bad thing is cell service is yerroble at this location. I just used wifi and all was good.

Thanks for the review, Lou! Just a heads-up, the pool at this home doesn’t have a heating option, which is mentioned in our listing. You’re welcome to come again during summer. AZ summers are long and dry with intense heat, especially in July when highs hit 101–104 °F, so it’s perfect for cooling off in the pool :)) Also, you’re right that cell signal can be low in this area, so we make sure the Wi-Fi is always working well. You're always welcome back anytime!

This home was “Monica” clean upon our arrival. We don’t stay in the city much and worried it would be noisy, however, we needn’t have worried. Super quiet, well maintained and well worth the money to stay here.

Superb!

Loved this property! My adult daughter and I came down for my son’s GCU graduation. This home was clean, offered all the amenities, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood and comfy beds. It was great to relax here after graduation celebrations. Highly recommend!

We were attending the Heart of the Desert dog show and found this property perfect for us and our dogs. We were about 1/2hr from the fairgrounds.

I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The home was impeccably clean and had a beautiful, minimalistic design—just what we were looking for. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.The only downside was the towels, which still had hairs from a previous guest, and some large pet messes in the backyard, which was a bit unpleasant.That said, the location was absolutely perfect for our visit, and overall, we had a great experience. I highly recommend this home!

Recently remodeled property. At the time of our stay, property still had a strong paint smell. We had to leave house within 24 hours, lost my payment and had to book somewhere else. I think job was rushed as closet door fell and main bathroom was not completely done. See pictures.

After your departure, our team verified that there was no lingering paint smell in the home.
