The Space:

The loft sits above the attached garage with its own private entrance - no shared hallways or awkward pass-throughs. Inside, the open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a queen bedroom with premium bedding.



A handicap-accessible chair lift provides easy access to the upper level, making this a great option for guests with mobility needs or caregivers visiting the Annapolis area. A private washer and dryer are included in the unit.



Outside, you'll share access to the pool, a gas grill, and yard games set in beautifully maintained master-gardener landscaping. An air mattress is available for a 3rd and 4th guest (just let us know in advance). The homeowner's small, friendly dog lives on the premises.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
