Welcome to your newly built, sparkling clean home away from home.
### The Space
Welcome to your newly built, sparkling clean home away from home, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The single-story, open-concept design features a split bedroom floor plan for added privacy.
Unwind in the living room on comfortable reclining couches while you watch the 65â Smart TV. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch for chillier evenings, and blackout curtains create the perfect movie-watching ambiance. The dining area offers lovely water views, where you can catch a beautiful sunset during dinner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. You`ll find:
* A coffee bar with both drip and Keurig machines, plus starter coffees and fixings
* Dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave
* Toaster and a filtered water faucet
* A welcome snack basket to get you started
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite includes a King bed, a 65â Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have comfortable Queen beds and wall-mounted Smart TVs. For those working remotely, two of the bedrooms are equipped with dedicated desks.
Step outside onto the private patio to enjoy the fire table or grill up a meal on the BBQ. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for your furry friends and offers great views of the sunset over the water.
### Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage for parking. The only exceptions are a locked owner`s pantry and the furnace room, which are not accessible to guests. Please note that a garage remote is not provided.
### The Neighborhood
Our home is located in a peaceful community right on the water. A paved pathway runs through the entire neighborhood, perfect for biking, jogging, or an evening stroll around the lake.
A short walk along this path will take you directly to the community pool and playground, providing fun for the whole family.

Conveniently located less than a mile from the interstate, you`re just a short drive from the area`s best attractions:

### House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* We allow up to 2 well-behaved, hypoallergenic (non-shedding) dogs, each weighing less than 30 lbs.
* Please crate your pets if they are left unattended in the home.
* Kindly clean up after your pets in the yard.
* No smoking of any kind is permitted.
* No parties or events.
### Important Information
* **Family Amenities:** Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack ân Play, high chair, and toys to make your stay easier.
* **Pet Fees:** A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay is required. An additional fee of $20 will be charged for pet waste cleanup, and a $50 fee will be applied for excessive pet hair cleaning.
* **Extended Stays:** For stays of 14 consecutive days or more, a double cleaning fee is required. For monthly stays, a bi-weekly light cleaning at a cost of $50 per clean is also required.
* **Safety & Security:** Your safety is important. The home is equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property.

If booking for a month or longer, we require a bi-weekly light clean costing $50/light clean.

Our house accommodates 6 people- any additional people over 6 have to be approved by hosts. If you bring unapproved guests or visitors - you may be charged a minimum penalty of $150/guest/day. Approved guests over 6 are an additional $50/night.

No pets are allowed in or outside the house unless agreed to by homeowner.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the house. We also have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs/weapons in the house, outside of our house or in the subdivision. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a minimum of $1000 penalty and we may ask you to leave.

-Any guests who stay with us agree to always abide by all local and state laws. Guests must be respectful and considerate of all other guests, hosts, neighbors, and any people in and around the house/property at all times. Any guests who do not follow these rules, will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.
Safety and Liability reminders:
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests on the property are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Any guests staying at our home releases hosts from all liability relating to injuries that may occur. By making a reservation, guests agree to hold the hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By making a reservation, guests also understand that hosts are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods, vehicles, or property of any kind.
By making a reservation, guests forfeit all right to bring suit against hosts for any reason and will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and/or as explained to guests. Guests will make every effort to be in compliance and obey any and all local laws, booking site policies, and house guidelines/rules as well.
