Last minute booking

We felt extremely blessed to find this great property at last minute. It served our needs well. The only complaint I have is that the mattress was pretty firm and not comfortable. Everything else was very good.

Updated and clean!

We loved the condo! It is right by the elevator though. The only complaint is the sheets on the bed felt stiff like they had been dried on a line and starched. Otherwise it was very clean and updated.

Very Disappointed

Condo was not clean, condo was in severe need of updates and repairs. One of the elevators was broken which led to hour long waits for an elevator for people trying to check in or out with luggage. Will not be staying here again. Last but not least, it was Very Overpriced!!

Very comfortable stay

Just as perfect as the pictures posted, with a lovely view. Just a couple of inconvenience I’d like to state and hoping they can be fixed. The isn’t cold or lukewarm water option in the shower. If you plan on using the one oven, you must open the dishwasher completely to open the oven door. Only figured that out because of past experience. Besides those, it was a very pleasant stay, Clean and had most of what you need when away from home.

Good stay

Property as pictured. 2 DVD players. One worked briefly, other not at all. Couch smelled of old sweat. Bed mattress was super comfortable.

Cleanliness

We felt the condo could have been cleaner, a lot of dust, and the bathroom floor especially around the baseboard was not very clean

Revived

We have visited at the beach numerous times. Staying on the beach has it's perks. The view is the main reason we stayed on the beach, of course. We wanted a place where we could cook our own meals as eating out is not the best option for me being Celiac. The suite we styed in was basic but that is all we needed to revive after moving out daughter to The University of South Alabama. We enjoyed our much needed get away. The suites seemed to be better insulated than another we stayed out last year. Slamming sliding deck doors were not constantly hears which is a plus. We would consider The Phoenix III again.

Needed a break

We had a great time. The property was perfect for the two of us, It had everything we needed. It was very clean had a nice view of the beach. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I have no complaints with our stay. I would stay there again anytime.
