Pas votre condo de plage typique mais celui que vous ne voudrez pas manquer !! Ce condo est situé dans l'un des bâtiments Phoenix les plus récents et les plus agréables d'Orange Beach. Phoenix 9 est situé à quelques pas des lignes de l'État FL / AL et du célèbre salon en bord de plage FloraBama! Phoenix 9 est un développement du front du golfe qui se trouve le long d'une magnifique étendue de plages de sucre blanc et des eaux scintillantes du golfe. Le développement se compose de condos orientés sud / golfe et d'unités orientées nord / rivière Ole et baie. Unité 1110 est une chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain complètes (plus une chambre avec lits superposés) condo orienté au nord avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la rivière Ole, l'île d'Ono et les baies au-delà. Remarque sur UN commentaire sur le son et les restaurants. Le court de tennis au-dessus (qui monte un escalier) s'arrête à 22h00 - en plus le son est très léger --- si tout est perceptible * Et seulement SI * les gens jouent du tout. Le bruit de la rue est minime (11ème étage) avec les portes fermées ... plus le soir, il est agréable de s'asseoir et de regarder le paysage et les bateaux dans la baie. N'oubliez pas - Le Flora-Bama est à distance de marche pour de la bonne nourriture, des boissons et des divertissements!

We had an excellent experience staying at this wonderful condo. It was a last minute trip and what a great find! It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although we did not have a beach view, we absolutely loved the view of Ole River and watching the boats. We will be back!

I could not of dreamed of a more perfect stay!!! Family oriented and excellent design for ease of access and security. Host was easily accessible to help in any way… the beach was fascinating even in a thunderstorm and both pool areas were pristine and relaxing. First vacation for my son and I in about 20 years…. We and his fiancée had a great time, and truly mainly just stayed and enjoyed the facility. Could not have asked for better! We all hop to go again asap!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this one-bedroom condo in Orange Beach, Florida. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Florabama and easy access to the beach. While the unit doesn’t face the beach, the bay view was still very peaceful and enjoyable, especially in the mornings. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, though the furniture could use a bit of updating. That said, everything worked well and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely consider staying here again for the location and convenience!

Short Getaway

We came for a quick getaway to the beach and truly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was just like the pictures. We did have issues with the TV not signing in, but gave that up for the board games. Overall it was relaxing and fun!

Beautiful View in Orange Beach

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It had all of the items needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Loved watching the sunset and all the boats coming and going. The bunk room is located in the master closet which was a little awkward for us with teenagers having to walk through the master bedroom while we were trying to sleep, but would be perfect for little kids who go to bed earlier than their parents. Overall a great stay!!

We think this is the fifth time we have stayed at the lovely condo. It is very spacious, very clean, perfect balcony overlooking the bay, beautiful sunsets and huge master bath. The mattress in the master is very comfortable. The bunk has double mattress on bottom and twin on top. It’s a short walk to Florabamma! Big Earl is a must go see/hear. Also good music! We have this condo reserved for next week for sleepover vacation with the grands. After many years of vacationing at the beach, we have found our perfect stay.

From information . Checkin, stay and check out, graciousness is defined . Ample space, light filled, clean as can be. The most comfortable mattress ever. Please replace the living room remote, it is so worn out it takes forever to input. We used our c”laptop instead, glad we brought it with us. We notice we are right under the ball court, not too noisy, this could have been mentioned. Busy street, but 11 floors up, no big deal.. the location is a lovely beach community where rest is possible.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated condo!

My wife and I found Phoenix IX to be a wonderful place to stay - the building's amenities were top-notch. The outdoor pool and sandy beach couldn't be beat on sunny days; the indoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were nice options while it was chilly in the morning, or on rainy days. This unit in particular was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The master suite was especially nice. We didn't travel with kids but the added bunk room would be perfect for younger children. The views from the balcony were very nice despite not being on the gulf side of the building, and the outdoor space was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or winding down at night. If you're REALLY sensitive to noise you should be aware that this unit is directly below the indoor tennis courts, and there is some traffic noise from the busy road below when the sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are open. Since we were traveling while it was relatively cool at night we had to get accustom to the noise outside if we wanted to sleep with the doors open. With the doors closed you can't hear the road noise at all. The noise from the tennis court is very subtle, but it took us a couple days of thinking there were some active kids running around above us before we realized it was in fact the tennis court. This was our first time traveling to Orange Beach and overall we were impressed. Unfortunately, the area is not very walkable and there aren't a ton of dining options nearby so a car is really a necessity. It would be nice if the building offered recycling - it pained us to throw away so much refuse while on vacation. We ended up taking a couple bags of clean recycling home since we had a little extra room in the car. We look forward to traveling to Orange Beach and Phoenix IX again next year!

The tennis court above (which is up one flight of stairs) shuts down at 10:00 PM - plus the sound is very light --- if at all noticeable *And only IF* people are playing at all. Street sound is minimal (11th floor up) with the doors shut..... plus in the evening it is nice to sit out and watch the landscape and boats in the bay. Remember - The Flora-Bama is within walking distance for good food, drink and entertainment! Other restaurants to walk to: **New** FloraBama Yacht Club restaurant on Ole River; Happy Harbor; Happy Harbor Creamery (coffee and ice cream); jet ski and boat rentals also located across the street from Phoenix 9.

Orange Beach Phoenix IX

Very nice property. All amenities were as stated. Laundry was very helpful and kitchen was very nice. Very comfortable bed and great view of the inner bay. They took very good care of us here and were very attentive and answered immediately when we were locked out of our room due to our error. Only drawback was our specific room was directly under the indoor tennis court so we were unable to sleep in when we wanted. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend.

Everything was accurate and as easy as the gulf water was clear only complaint we were gonna have was the worn out mattress but it was replaced halfway though the stay eliminating our stay

The condo was very nice snd clean. The rental company was excellent. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the beds and sofa bed. The small room with bunk beds did not have good air conditioning.

The Roberts are from Atlanta, and have enjoyed vacationing on this very stretch of beach for many, many years. Mike is in the Printing business while Sherry is an Aquatics Fitness Instructor. Mike loves to play tennis and has been a continuous member of ALTA (Atlanta Lawn & Tennis Assoc.) for many years. He and Sherry often enjoy playing together. Their daughter and son are both married, each have 3 children, and live close by in the Atlanta area. Their children and grandchildren are very dear, and always bring them great joy! Music has always been an important aspect of each of their lives. Sherry often sings for weddings, and plays guitar, as do both of her children. Mike loves to play the piano and guitar, sings, and listens to music of all kinds any chance he gets! Son, Christopher is a professional musician, who regularly sings and plays guitar in restaurants, and for weddings, receptions, private events and charities. His wife, Lisa, is a Special Ed teacher, and among her many talents, also loves to sing. Daughter, Stacey and husband, Bobby own Dacula Family Sports, are both experts in Taekwondo, and officiate and run many tournaments. Stacey has been active in musical theatre in the Atlanta area for many years. Stacey, Chris, their spouses and children are all extremely active, and highly involved in health & fitness activities. We all love to swim in the ocean, especially when the waves are really big!

We're thrilled to have our own condo in the same building as sister, Margaret, who has a 2 bedroom condo one floor below! AND just down the beach from sister, Kathy's beautiful 3 bedroom corner unit in Broadmoor! When we saw how spacious and elegant these condos were, and with so many wonderful amenities and spectacular views, we were hooked! I, Sherry, my 2 sisters and brother, Karl, grew up in a small town in Alabama, close to the gulf coast. Growing up, our family would frequently drive down to these very beaches, and we now all have a special affection for this location.

The 12th floor INDOOR tennis center is one of a kind! Being able to play tennis away from the beach winds, and even when it rains is quite a treat! We can swim year round in the especially LARGE indoor pool! All of this, and in an instant, be standing on the beautiful white sands of the gulf beach! We also love the enclosed, covered & secure parking & high speed elevators. Sunset is undoubtedly our favorite time for a glass of wine & stroll down the beach.
