Notre villa en bord de mer offre la meilleure vue dans le complexe. Un 3 étages donnant sur la grande plage en face. Eric & Be du nouveau propriétaire ont rénové, rendant la villa très accueillante et confortable. Profitez de l'atmosphère détendue et de toutes les commodités de la maison. Bonne sécurité avec un portail surveillé pour permettre uniquement aux résidents et visiteurs d'accéder à cette belle propriété située en haut de la plage des 7 Miles. Il est exactement à 30 pas de la plage et à deux pas de l'île de Booby Caye.

Notre villa est idéale pour les célibataires, les couples et la famille. Il y a 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains offrant une vue sur le balcon de la mer des Caraïbes. Venez profiter de votre temps avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris laveuse / sécheuse pour plus de commodité. Notre gestionnaire sur place est toujours disponible pour des conseils utiles pour organiser des excursions d'une journée.

Nos clients auront la pleine utilisation de l'ensemble de la villa de 3 étages et des commodités de la propriété The Point. Des chaises de plage sont disponibles pour tous ~ serviettes de plage fournies pour nos clients.

La villa a des escaliers qui ne seront pas accessibles aux handicapés. Fumer sur balcon seulement.

Great vacation spot

Very nice spot with a great view of the ocean. The hostess Maggie was magnificent, she was right there whenever we had a question or concern about anything. Grab this rental quick!!

Family Holiday Vacation

My Family is in Negril every year for the Holidays. We love staying at the Point Village. Vacay was great, and Maggie was also a great host.

Friends getaway

Clean, nice property with beautiful beach views. The only negative was no beach chairs to relax in, everything else was great!

Thanks for the review - it was nice to host you at the Sunset Villa. The beach chairs will soon become the responsibility of the owner's as Point is no longer a hotel and more of a residential property. It was a short stay but glad you enjoyed it.

It was perfect!

Our first time to Jamaica was an experience to remember! Our hostess, Maggie, helped us plan our days and included us in things she was doing which made us feel so welcome and safe and entertained! Having Maggie as our host was the most unexpected and invaluable part of our trip! The home at the Point was perfect, it was beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could have needed (snorkel gear and beach towels!). The room at the top was incredible - comfortable and private and spectacular, uninterrupted ocean views. We’re hooked. We will be absolutely booking again, likely for much longer than a week!

Great time at the cottage! Homey, relaxed, beach vibe :-)

This is my second stay at Point Village and I will be back. The main beach is fun but nothing beats coming home to a quiet private beach. The condo kitchen is quite well stocked. Someone likes to cook - lots of utensils and gadgets. There was even a crock pot. We took full advantage of that and come back at the end of the day to yumminess. The bed was comfy. The shower hot. Maggie is awesome. If she recommends something, or someone, heed her advice. Until next time....

Best Location at the Point!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. Group of 3 adult couples. The location can't be beat! Kitchen is fully stocked, including condiments. It has a washer/dryer unit that is not ideal as it does not dry clothing fully, but works out well if you take the time to hang clothing to dry. The manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC in 1 bedroom. It was replaced in short time. There is now a "chef" on site who provides delicious meals from as small kitchen/restaurant. Just ask Maggie, the manager, or anyone there on where the restaurant is located. Newer lounge chairs on the beach. We had a housekeeper come mid-week, which was well worth it to have the unit cleaned and linens changed. We look forward to returning to the Point very soon.

Comfortable villa, quiet complex, gorgeous coastline

This is a very comfortable, recently renovated , stand alone, (no adjoining walls with others) villa with great views. Each of the rooms is warm and inviting. Maggie, the on-site manager was readily available and always accommodating without being intrusive. The residents and other visitors create a very nice community and were all friendly and respectful. The complex is older and not sleek, but well kept up- ie grass mowed and minor improvements being done. In our opinion, this is the best beach/location in negril. It is secluded, and quiet with great snorkling right off the beach. This complex is on a point, making it far off the main road but adjacent to the famous 7 mile beach. I’ll be honest, I chuckled as I walked down the beach, seeing all the all-inclusive patrons sandwiched in next to each other, knowing my spot was much bigger, more comfortable and way more peaceful than their stay at a fraction of the price. To each their own, I guess, but we will be back to this spot next year.

Nice beautiful view.

Comfortable villa, bed on 3rd floor super cozy n soft! A/c in all rooms nice.. view beautiful from every floor. Villa not a far walk from private beach, which was good for snorkeling near the rocks, mostly smaller. Fish. Did see what I think was a baby stingray and one bigger fish I didn’t know what it was. Only problem so far is logistics, when communicating with about refunds. Home states owner takes care of & owner/Mgr states HA takes care of it. My debit card was compromised so I gave a different card than what I paid with, which makes it more complicated. Home away now is saying owner should refund my deposit with a check. All has been resolved with owner, not being charged for damages, I appreciate that. Fast responses from owner/mgr contact through messages. Thanks for visit. Also, until further update, until now have been told I’m being charged $75 for repairs. The cupboard door was off hinge when I first got there and opened it and the 3rd floor bathroom sink plunger would not open to drain when I tried to use it. I reported these and this is what I am being told I will be charged for at this time. I have msg’d mgr and reported in my opinion this is normal wear n tear and not damage and was a problem when I arrived. Consequently, I am waiting on final decision on this. Otherwise, reservation was everything offered. WiFi worked well, TV I used worked and AC was good. Small kitchen but all you need. As others have said, a car and local driver is nice to have. I have a good contact for that. I don’t recommend anyone from States attempting to drive if u have not had experience driving in Jamaica.

Absolutely gorgeous view from every where honestly and then you have private balconies on every floor that looks at quiet private amazing beach which is a bonus in my book!!!!!

Quiet location but within easy reach of activity

Great location, easy drive to Negril restaurants, easy to get taxi near gate, beautiful view, loved balconies on all levels, well equipped kitchen. Snorkeling was great. If you want long walks on the beach it requires walking through nude area. Not enough beach recliners available on family beach and the ones available are in bad shape. Must be able to do steps. We would definitely rent again. The condo was as represented in listing.

Sunset villa

The beach was absolutely amazing. Maggie, the property manager, really went above and beyond for us. She was helpful in transportation needs, she also gave us recommendations on where to go and cool things to do. The condo had everything we needed and more. I loved the fact that we had three balconies and everyone had their own bathroom. The only minor inconvenienced for the condo its self was that the king room was the only bedroom that had a TV with cable. The queen room did not have a TV at all and the furniture was not the most comfortable. Also, if you plan on leaving to go anywhere be ready to have to take a taxi, this can get expensive depending on how often you want to venture off the property. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it!

Thank you for the nice review. We found your family to be very easy to work with and it was fun to direct you to fun events happening each day. The villa has just recently added cable to the king bedroom, plus the living room does provide cable as well. The beach view and proximity to the villa are the biggest draw. Although we are a little remote from the hustle of the main 7-mile, we find people enjoy the hassle free atmosphere and horse free beach. We hope you visit us again. It was joyful to have you.

Wonderful stay

The point village is a great quiet location for families. The family beach is wonderful and offers great snorkeling. The condo was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Maggie was a great resource for local ideas and suggestions. We met wonderful people at the point as well. We highly recommend the place. The only small drawback is that you need a car to get into Negril to restaurants and shops. This can be easily changed by renting a car!
