House was perfect for our girls trip weekend. Convenient location to the beach and nice view overlooking the pond. We very much enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the house was clean and very cute. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are very accurate. Pineapple Oasis was a great location and had everything we needed for our week in Port Aransas! The kitchen was well stocked for the meals we cooked there. We weren’t able to use the pool because it was too cool.

After years of supporting my husband’s military career and moving our family of six around the country, my husband has officially retired from the military. Those years gave us a unique perspective on property ownership and management. We’ve experienced the challenges of moving to a new area, finding a home, caring for a property from a distance, and trusting someone else to look after what we worked so hard for. Along the way, my mother and I purchased our first property together, which became the beginning of something much bigger. What started as an opportunity to invest together also gave us a way to spend more time together despite living hundreds of miles apart. It quickly became something we both truly enjoyed. Today, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned from our own experiences and turned it into Rooted Property Management. We’ve made our home in the area and are focused on growing our portfolio and our company while helping other property owners care for and grow their investments. We believe property management is about more than maintaining a house. It’s about communication, trust, attention to detail, and treating every property as if it were our own. We understand the importance of having someone you can count on—especially when you aren’t nearby. We’re excited to continue growing Rooted, building relationships with our owners and guests, and creating homes and stays that people can feel good about.
