Hilda's place is a gem, a cottage outfitted with incredible care. The garden and outside areas are, likewise, easy and beautifully designed. Plenty of space for my wife and college-age son to hang together or separately. And Hilda herself was a kind and friendly host.

A lovely, clean and quiet spot to stay. Rooms and amenities were exactly as described. Checkout instructions are very conveniently posted. I and my spouse found it a relaxing place to come to after our busy days in LA.

Wow what a wonderful, beautiful place. Great location - a reasonably short shot to major LA things like Dodger Stadium, LACMA, Getty, Natural History Museum, etc. Not to mention cool things in Pasadena itself like the Norton Simon. Host was terrific. Helpful, polite, respectful, considerate, great on communication. Very nice place, fixed up new, had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. But the real feature is the back gardens and series of patios, tables, comfortable chairs, etc. VERY nice. A real retreat. I actually was sick for five days of this 15-day vacation, but it was so nice hanging out in that back garden, that it took much of the edge off of the disappointment. Anyhow, yeah it's expensive, but worth it, all things considered.

Our two week stay was excellent. This two bedroom cottage was nicely furnished and fully equipped for an extended stay. The location was very convenient to access downtown Pasadena, the Rose Bowl and family in Highland Park. Hilda is a tremendous host.

Great place

My daughter and I stayed here for two weeks, and we loved it. The cottage is superb, with a great kitchen and living room, deep bath tub and spacious outdoor hang area. The hosts are excellent

I love my neighborhood. Lovely well kept homes, friendly and walkable. Close to Downtown Pasadena where shopping and dinning is accessible. The Rose Bowl is nearby for excersise, walking and hiking. First of the month Antique show and concerts, plus sports games .

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Although one would say Shared Property, which it is...the Cottage featured is located at the back of a large property, which separates and makes it private. It has it's own back yard with plenty of space to enjoy. Beautiful surroundings filled with much greenery, outdoor dinning, a firepit for a cozy nite fire or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Plenty of space to entertain yourself and have your furry pet enjoy your own private space.
