➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤The guest will have access to the entire home, except for the owner’s closet located in the downstairs hallway. Please make yourself at home!

➤ Free driveway parking available for up to 2 cars. Street parking is also available nearby, free for up to 24 hours.

Car Rental – The easiest and most convenient option; nearby highways (I-4 & US-27) provide quick access to theme parks, outlets, and restaurants.

Rideshare Services – Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area and ideal for trips to Disney, Universal, or local shopping centers.

Private Shuttle Services – Many local companies offer shuttle transport to and from theme parks, especially Disney and Universal.

Biking – The neighborhood is bike-friendly and great for short rides to nearby parks, grocery stores, and golf courses.

Public Transit – While limited, there are Lynx bus routes in the broader Davenport area—best used in combination with a rideshare for flexibility.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
