Just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk! This studio-condo sleeps 4 and features two full beds and a bunkbed (everyone could have their own bed!). The studio also features a kitchenette, microwave, small fridge, bathroom with tub/shower.
Common areas include a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ area, outdoor seating, WiFi, and assigned parking spot (#202).
The space:
Second floor unit with four beds (2 doubled, and a bunkbed) comfortably sleeps 4, and bathroom with tub/shower, hair dryer.
Relax on the deck, chill in the pool, or rest inside, with air conditioning and a nice Smart TV.
The kitchenette includes a 4.3 cu. ft. fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and essential cookware for preparing simple meals.
The unit comes with linens and bath towels, provided for your convenience.
You also have access to the pool, and use of the BBQ grill area.
One assigned parking space.
Please note: The unit is on the top floor accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcomed to enjoy amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and sun decks (pool is open daily from 10 am until 8 pm).
Please: do not bring glass containers in the pool area (for safety reasons).
Please note: smoking is allowed only in the designated area new the BBQ grills on the ground floor. Smoking on the decks and in the rooms in not permitted.
Interaction with guests
You will have one assigned parking spot (#202).
You will find a parking placard on dresser in the unit. Please display the placard in your car during your stay. Remember to leave the placard in the unit before you leave. Thank you!
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area by the BBQ grills. A fine may be issued for violations.
No pets allowed â no exceptions.
The main guest must be 25 years or older to book and stay at Sunflower Beach Club due to HOA policy.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool and sun deck areas for safety reasons.
