D106 comfortably sleeps up to four, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit any group. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand-new mattress (as of June 2025), plus a dresser, closet, and a large Smart TV with cable for winding down at night. In the living room, you'll find a queen-size sofa sleeper and a convenient queen Murphy bed—perfect for families, friends, or any travel setup that works best for you.

The bathroom continues the unit's luxurious feel, featuring a beautifully tiled vanity area with ample lighting and a spacious walk-in shower. It's the perfect blend of style and comfort to refresh and unwind.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
