We were very pleased with the apartment property. You should provide better detail on the parking for your ad, for example parking is available means to me a parking lot near the apartment and not street parking or public lot parking. There were some annoying water hammering noises and other hammering sounds I cannot identify above the smaller bedroom.

Excellent location, very nice property, very clean great for a family. Two notes I didn't appreciate - no parking (we were able to figure it out there is an affordable lot for overnight parking close by with an app), and there is restaurant seating below the pictured balcony in the evening (this is only like 5 pm to 9 pm so not an issue in the day). I would stay again. My kid said the best part was they had streaming.

The deck above the deck to this property is a restaurant and very noisy till 11 o’clock at night from people moving chairs and general employee discussions.There are about 20 stairs to get down to condo- handicap should be aware.Great Lake viewVery comfortable

the location was 10/10. the carpet on the stairs was really dirty like frat house dirty. and some of the furniture seemed pretty beat up. I was there in the summer and the alley next to the apartment was filled with hot garbage so the smell could be a lot. The town is really nice and the apartment is perfect for walking to everything.

This property was the perfect place to stay while doing an ice skating camp. Has a wonderful view of the lake and really relaxing sitting out on the dock or balcony enjoying the lake. Really wonderful location right on Main Street within walking distance of the Olympic Center Ice Skating Rinks and all the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds.

Confusion with communication with host and check in/check out dates. No response to messages when invalid check in/out date received. (Check out message on Thursday when check in was Friday)Missing some basic amenities such as bedding for the futons, tissues, napkins, tea kettle (or small pot for water). Unit was very clean and accessible but, missing some of the perks of a VRBO rental that are expected, especially at this price point.

Balcony provides a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was right downtown and provided easy access to stores and restaurants. I was nervous about the parking, but we just parked in the free spots that are farther down from the Mirror Lake Inn. We left the car in the same spot the whole time. There’s a spot right in front of the rental that allows you to load and unload your car.

This was the perfect spot for our active group! We were able to have busy days enjoying the live music in the park, super simple water sport rentals, and delicious restaurants and land on the back deck looking out over Mirror Lake. Simply perfect!It’s the little things that I appreciate the most…The keyless entry made it super easy to come and go without worrying about who has the key. The full size refrigerator was perfect for our party of 6. I was able the do one large shopping when we arrived and stock up on all of our favorite foods. I am already looking forward to booking this place again next year! Thank you!

Location in Lake Placid was an easy walk to enjoy the restaurants, shops and Olympic museum. And a 15 minute drive to ski at Whiteface & visit other Olympic sites. Host was responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean, comfortable and - OH THE VIEW! Literally on Mirror Lake!

This is a simple, low key space perfectly located in town. The directions about parking are wicked confusing but I think that is a Town issue, not the manager/owner. We had a great time.

We had a great time in a perfect location in Lake Placid, which we love. It is so fun and beautiful there. The apartment was small and a bit worn, but clean and you could not beat the view! (except for the deck lights hanging oddly on the deck, you should hang them so they are not in the way of that gorgeous sunrise!)

We spent 2 nights for a girl’s weekend and had a great time. Great location with a big porch and gorgeous view of the lake. The check-in process was super easy and we had good comminication with the host. Beds were comfortable and there were extra sheets for the futons. We were also able to bring our dog which was great. My only suggestion would be to add more pots/pans for cooking and maybe a rug for snowy shoes at the entrance. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend in Lake Placid! Incredibly clean & well-maintained. Plus, the location and view is hard to beat! It snowed all weekend and it felt so magical watching it from the cozy apartment. Would love to return during the summer to take advantage of the deck!

It was nice! And would amazing in the summer! We went in wintertime, so it was a little cold and took a bit to get the heat where we needed it, but is was nice. Parking does suck at in downtown Lake Placid, so as long as you’re good finding a spot, you’ll be good.
