Perfectly situated in Springdale, this stylish house/studio sits at the center of Northwest Arkansas, and offers easy access to downtown Springdale or the interstate. The house features lots of windows that let natural light flood in.

Open-concept studio layout with smart, minimalist design and plenty of natural light. Full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, and essentials.
Contemporary finishes: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stained concrete and wood flooring . Stylish seating area for dining, relaxing, or streaming your favorite shows.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to the large patio with an outdoor fireplace, sitting area and a propane gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
High ceilings creating an airy and spacious atmosphere
In-unit washer & dryer for convenient extended stays

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a âcrewâ or âcompany,â please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
