Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home, While the home itself is exclusively yours, you'll also have access to our beautiful shared outdoor areas, including a lush garden, multiple gazebos perfect for relaxation, and a barbecue area.

The property also offers a shared laundry facility for your convenience. We strive to ensure that these shared spaces are well-maintained and welcoming for all guests.

A unique smart lock code will be automatically sent at your check-in time. In the unlikely event the smart lock malfunctions, a secure lockbox is also available as backup.

Prior to your stay, we require all guests to complete a pre-arrival form, sign the rental agreement.

Smoking of any kind and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. Violating this rule may result in cancellation without refund and additional cleaning fees.

We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful nature of our neighborhood. Excessive noise or parties are not allowed and may result in fines of up to $1,000, as per the city ordinance. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Additional cleaning or late checkout fees may apply if house rules are not followed.
