Two units in one: This unit may be split into two units, perfect for more than one family seeking their own private space with their own entrance.

This special place is nested in a tranquil area and close to many points of interest, making it a perfect beach stay.

You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

Experience Hollywood like a local in this 3-bedroom apartment. The space is excellent for families or groups, with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed to accommodate guests comfortably. Enjoy the welcoming living room with 2 sofa beds for extra relaxation. This property is equipped with AC, WiFi, and other essentials to make your stay enjoyable. You will have access to the entire place., including:

- 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 1 Bunk bed (Full and Twin), 2 sofa beds.

- 1 cozy dining/living room.

This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.

The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.

The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent—close to the beach, the boardwalk(broadwalk), and several resort hotels with great happy hour options. We especially enjoyed using the pool in the evenings after a day of exploring. The host was friendly and responded quickly whenever we had questions. A few more kitchen items, particularly pots and pans, would make the space even better for guests who plan to cook. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would recommend.

Perfect beach location, wish we had more time here. Only stayed one night prior to flying out after our cruise. Was so nice to walk the beach to dinner on the boardwalk when we got there and take a quick morning walk on the water prior to our flight. Would definitely come back.

Overall this was an excellent location and place to stay. Only downfall was the door lock was working correctly but they were quick to get us a key.

This was a great stay between parking being an easy safe area and the beach almost right outside our window. It was a great stay for the whole family and the board walk wasn’t far at all. We got the best experience from this location between the beach board walk traveling to Miami and many other surrounding cities. It was a perfect space for the whole family . Pool was clean and our host was great with communication! Thank you again we will be back

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Great staff that are around a lot and will help you with anything. Lots of beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. We really liked how it was away from all the bars and public. Great location for kids! Would def stay again!

This was an awesome location for the beach!! I didn’t check out the pool. Plenty of beds. Clean, except for the sand on the floors. We swept a few times….but what do we expect that close to the beach.

This property was perfect for my family of 5 (kids aged 6, 7, and 10). The layout of of the property is a bit odd because it appears to be 2 apartments that they made into one but it does NOT detract from the quality and value of this property. It's steps from Hollywood Beach and honestly it's the little things that made our stay. Outdoor shower at the property so you don't have to track in sand to the apartment, pool area is 10/10 with great patio furniture and shade and oodles of toys for the kids, ice machine in the laundry room, a little memento gift shop set up outside was so cute. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. Our family is admittedly pretty picky and this property checked every box for us. No central air conditioning but there is a window unit in pretty much every room and it kept up with the 80 degree days in late April. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very accommodating and property is in a great location for people that want to be able to relax on the beach, but it's also a short walk to the Broadwalk. The beach is about 50 yards away and the Broadwalk is less than a mile . Will definitely stay again! Also, in the laundry outside there are a lot of beach supplies for use.

No frills place close to the beach. Layout was kind of weird with random rooms stitched together. Close to the beach if that's what you plan on doing. We had rain so spent more time in the unit than expected. Not much for cooking stuff so you need to get creative. One burner worked on the stove. But we made it work! One weird thing that should be addressed by the owner is the lights would randomly turn on and off. Think it was some cross-interference with the remote control lights. Overall was a decent place for a couple nights. Price was right

The staff was friendly and accommodating, letting us change and store our luggage in the unit before 4. The unit came with a soft cooler, beach bag, 2 beach chairs and umbrellas, coffee and condiments. The beach towels were a blessing. The unit was very spacious for the 6 of us. The pool area was nice but cold in February. The unit is not on the boardwalk so not as crowded but also not near restaurants or grocery. There is a Hollygo free shuttle which was helpful.

Layover beach day!

We booked this apartment for a single day after we got off our cruise and wanted a rest day before flying out. This place was incredibly clean, perfectly as described and had more amenities than listed. You’re at the beach, walk for 20 seconds and you’re in the sand. And the beach itself was also very nice. Having a place so close that also includes beach furniture is a major plus. The pool area, shower and laundry room were all very nice to have as well. Very good communication with the property manager and we would definitely stay again!

Can't give 5 stars. Despite the "strict" noise rules there were parties upstairs and also these apartments next door have savages that shoot fireworks off the balcony at 3am and nobody does anything about it. Constant traffic on the main street ripping through with loud exhaust terrorizing the neighborhood. Typical city life if you are into that, but no noise protection inside. We were also unlucky to hit 45F overnight a couple nights, so it's been frosty without any heat inside and no window insulation. Outside pool area is nice, overall unit condition is ok. I've seen worse, but it's livable. Would I do it again? No. It didn't completely ruin the rest of the trip experience, but for the same money, I will probably pick something a bit different away from this area next time. I also don't really understand the strict 4pm check in rule when the unit is ready before then. We had to wait an hour outside because we were not allowed in the unit until 4pm.
