Ce condo d'une chambre a beaucoup d'espace et une vue directe sur la plage. Du troisième étage, vous avez une vue imprenable sur toute la plage, mais vous êtes suffisamment bas pour entendre le surf en soirée.

La chambre principale a sa propre entrée sur le balcon et la grande fenêtre peut être ouverte pour entendre le ressac lorsque vous vous endormez.

La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et est assez grande pour que deux personnes puissent préparer confortablement un repas.

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Overall the unit was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with amenities for enjoying the beautiful ocean both outside and inside the unit! The building itself offered a clean pool, grilling equipment and building staff who provided excellent support Some exterior issues need attention, particularly water accumulating around entrance areas and parking lot could be a slip hazard. Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing vacation that I look forward to enjoying again soon. Dr. Pat H.

Our only beach place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay, as always. Never long enough. This unit could use a little updating in the bathroom & kitchen. Hated the plastic veneer on the cabinets. We do not cook while on vacation, but I do boil water for tea. There was no boiler large enough or tea kettle just to boil water. Coffee maker was hit or miss. Took 30 minutes just to drain through. Had trouble with the entry keypad several times, but management solved the problem immediately each time. Will continue to stay at the Nautilus. The family clientele, due to the rules, makes it the best place ever. I recommend The Nautilus to everyone!

Perfect Vacation in a Great Unit

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

Staff was friendly and accommodating.The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Only had 1 chair on the balcony,would have been nice to have at least 2. Someone was smoking in a nearby unit so it made it unbearable to be on the balcony at times.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect size for the 2 of us. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and was more like a bench vs a couch. The bed was also uncomfortable and also very firm. I would not call the kitchen well stocked, but bare minimum stocked. The toilet in the bedroom is very low and is not ideal for tall people. No screens to keep bugs out on the main patio door or the windows in the bedroom.

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. The beach was beautiful the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. I'm already planning my next trip thank you for a great stay

Overall, great!

Great location, great view. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like the other families were enjoying it. Easy walk to beach. Plenty of parking. Has elevator and carts. Keyless entry was very convenient. Decor was a little outdated compared to the other listings but this had no effect on our stay. Television was a little confusing to use, but again, totally do-able. Needs some light bulb changes but that is an easy fix. Would absolutely stay here again, we had a blast.
