A little smaller than expected judging by the pictures but overall very fun place. Easy checkout instructions, right on the ocean, and we were able to see the fireworks from our balcony

1st Beach Trip With Grandbaby

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an amazing time at the beach with our 2 yr old granddaughter! Our vacation started a day later than planned, due to the hurricane, but Nautilus did a great job having everything ready the next day, and communicating with us! The condo was perfect, the weather was beautiful, my granddaughter loved the beach, and we had the absolute best time!!

Clean condo with beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice little condo with amazing views and the size of the balcony is a huge plus! The first night was awful as the bed in the master was sunk in but they fixed it as soon as I brought it to the staffs attention. The kitchen was so disorganized it gave me anxiety so I spent 2 mornings putting things in more obvious spots with similar items that made more sense then anything shoved in a cabinet anywhere(I’m sure that mainly ****** guests just throwing things wherever calling it good). But besides that it was very clean and well maintained which was awesome!

Even though we arrived after office hours, we got a parking spot and easy access to our room. The view was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The water was warm and clear. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Fort Walton Beach was family friendly with easy access to everything.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Staff was great in communication before arrival and after departure for our stay at The Nautilus. Unit was very nice with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Unit along with entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved easy access to beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Great Family Get Away

Loved that we had a private balcony just wish it had a fan out there but enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and helpful and we really liked that beach chairs and umbrella were included. Also nice to have an ice chest and other beach things in the condo.

The room above was being worked on from 8 am until 3 ish. I came to relax take naps and rest.. that was a no due to the drilling or banging right above are bed.

Great location..needs a little TLC

Unit was comfortable and we liked some of the furniture /TVs . It was a bit rough in some areas and needed some TLC. Kitchen has some issues with cabinets, the counter top backsplash was delaminating and coming apart, and the light was out in the refrigerator. The complex elevator was broken off and on during the week and seemed to cause issues with the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the owners should do some off season repairs. Thanks

Condo needs a ton of updates

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front desk was nice and yes the condo had a nice view. But that was about it. The begs all sagged, the shower curtains were rusty, fridge leaked, floors disgustingly dirty, outside patio furniture was dingy, dirty and stained. Cracks in the ceiling and all over the condo. The tv in the master bedroom would shut off randomly and never turn back on. Just not impressed. The whole condo needs updated. Called for service twice on the fridge and no one showed up so it just leaked all over the kitchen.

Check in was easy. Condo was very clean and roomy for 4 adults. Excellent beach access. Had my groceries delivered before I arrived and the staff put them away for me. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.
