Depuis que je suis petite fille, j'aime notre côte d'émeraude. Ma famille et moi vivons à Pensacola et avons acheté cet appareil comme une escapade pas très loin de chez nous. Notre unité est spacieuse et mise à jour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes. Notre partie préférée est de nous réveiller le matin à la vue et au son des vagues tout autour de nous! Nous avons mis à jour la cuisine et décoré dans des couleurs neutres et apaisantes. Nous savons juste que vous allez adorer notre refuge à la plage autant que nous!

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de linge de maison complet, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier, c'est de vous amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, un espace barbecue / pique-nique, un accès WIFI GRATUIT, une aire de lavage de voiture, une promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! De mars à octobre, nous proposons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin, sur la magnifique île d’Okaloosa, et à seulement 400 mètres d’excellents restaurants, discothèques, magasins, activités nautiques et du Gulfarium!

Nos unités de condo sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est un établissement sans animaux.

Incredible beachfront corner condo

Great condo with oversized, wrap-around corner balcony right on the beach. Beach chair service included! My husband, daughter, and I had a great time and highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nautilus. The corner unit had breathtaking views and made for an amazing stay! We were pleasantly surprised to find even more updates than what were listed. We hope to stay in this same unit every year!

Wonderful stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation ever as a family. I can’t speak more highly of our stay! The room was perfect. Tons of room. Also had plenty of beach amenities to use during our stay! It made things much easier. The views are exceptional!! I also had a slight problem with the master bathroom shower head breaking, but the staff was very understanding and helpful in every way! Definitely will be booking again in the near future! Thank you Nautilus for a wonderful experience!

It as expected

Badly needs updating. Needs a deep cleaning although the housekeepers had done a good job. Needs painting and living room furniture. Great balcony, beds were comfortable. The pictures are obviously old.

Our Nationals Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. It was nice to be called by name when I would enter, it is just an added little touch. The room was beautiful and spacious. We were there for a softball tournament and we had a few other families staying there as well. We had a wonderful week and will return one day when our schedules allow.

Perfect....

Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ladies in the management office were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived around 2:30 and our condo was ready although official check-in wasn’t until 4:00. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Gorgeous view from the large balcony and very peaceful also. As mentioned in other reviews the master bedroom does get quite warm however waking up with 2 walls of windows overlooking the beach was well worth it. Beach service was fantastic and Evan went above and beyond to not only take care of the vacationers but also the beach itself. We will definitely be returning.

Great view, cleaning is suspect.

Awesome veranda. But the rest not so much. Someone’s dirty underwear on the bedroom floor when we checked in, sheets did not look changed, oven door and side of refrigerator full of grease, utensils not fully cleaned, main bedroom door falling off hinges and will not close. One elevator looks permanently down, the button sticks on other elevator. No where to pull under to load or unload in the rain. Entire building and grounds open without locking security.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely view from the balcony! The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The whole place needs a little updating. The sliding doors were very loud and didn't slide well. The screen was torn on one door and the railings had a lot of chipped paint concrete on the walls were crumbling but if you can overlook the little things it was very nice. The view was fantastic we spent alot of time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach or enjoying nearby Destin. I would recommend!!

We loved the beautiful view and balcony. Absolutely perfection. The room came with beach service (two chairs and an umbrella), and additional chairs, floats and beach toys in the condo. The office staff were very friendly. However, we wont be back. The cleaning staff are sub par. Any metal finishes were rusty, food crumbs in the kitchen corners, broken microwave handle that you could tell was previously glued back on (they brought a new one), food grime on the stove handle, makeup on what i hooe was fresh sheets and the worst, roaches. We even left a day early because we weren't willing the bring them home with us. We were too grossed out.

The sunrise from the bedroom and the sunset from the Balcony. I shared a few concerns with the property manager and they were quick to address my concerns. The only additional recommendation is to consider getting some chairs with backs for the kitchen table or bar. As a senior Citizen, it was not comfortable sitting in either spot. Overall, the condo is very relaxing and comfortable.
