We are happy to know that this ideally located unit provided plenty of space for your family, all of the appliances and televisions worked well, and you enjoyed having a washer & dryer. Housekeeping leaves only a certain amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. Guests must supply their own additional supplies. Patrick, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your stay in this nice three-bedroom, two-bath condo at Seascape Resort. We apologize for any frustration caused during check-in. Normally on the day of arrival, an email is sent at 2:00 p.m., which provides door codes, gate codes, parking information, etc. We are only a phone call away, available to assist our guests 24/7. In regard to the signage, we find these gentle reminders necessary as not all guests are respectful in taking care of the condo as well as you. The condo will be undergoing a routine scheduled spring deep cleaning after the spring break season. This condo is also undergoing some updates, which includes new appliances. We are very happy to know that you thought this unit's view of the ocean is spectacular. Please accept our sincerest apology for more supplies not being provided and for the odor. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such products as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Laundry detergent is normally not provided due to the sensitivity of many. We will forward your comment regarding the need for updated appliances to property managers so that they may provide any suggestions to the owner of this unit. It would be their decision to replace such pieces. We would have been more than happy to send someone to help remedy the issue with the water heater had we been made aware during your stay. Hi! Please accept our apology for the cleanliness of this three-bed, two-bath Ariel Dunes I unit upon your arrival. We would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean had we been made aware during your stay. When a coffee maker breaks, one is pulled from our supply of Mr. Coffee coffeemakers. We generally try to get 12-cup coffee makers but it is hard to find them in stock mid-season. The broken coffee maker was replaced with an identical coffee maker. The owner is aware of the couch covers and bed railings. Although the owner does not want to do any updates until the off season, they appreciate you bringing these issues to their attention. Visitors of this Ariel Dunes I condo are just 350 yards from Seascape Beach access. Ariel Dunes I does offer a free shuttle service and has several placards posted around the property advertising this service. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

We are happy to know that you found this three-bed, two-bath condo to be very clean with amazing beds and a fantastic view. It is always great when the elevators are working well. We apologize for there not being a pizza pan or pizza cutter available during your stay. We would have been more than happy to bring these items had we been made aware during your stay. This unit does contain these items now. We received a message on June 25th stating that the dryer was not working properly. Maintenance was sent out that day to clean the dryer vent and they reported back saying it is good to go. We are aware that the top bunk does not have a railing. These types of Ariel Dunes units do not have railings on the top bunks, as it is part of the design of the units. We will ask the owner if they would like for us to install a railing on the top bunk.
