The Space:

Welcome to your South Austin retreat, a beautifully remodeled home just minutes from SOCO and Downtown. Tucked away on a sunny corner lot in the relaxed South Manchaca neighborhood, this inviting space offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for a memorable Austin stay.



Inside, the open-concept living area features reclaimed hardwood floors, cozy seating, and a welcoming ambiance ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying quality time with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek quartz countertops, brand-new appliances, and a seamless flow into the living and outdoor spaces, making it easy to cook, dine, and entertain.



Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms provide peaceful, hotel-quality comfort. Designer tile and updated fixtures throughout create a clean, refreshed atmosphere.



Step outside to enjoy the private fenced-in backyard, complete with outdoor seating, propane bbq grill and a sparkling pool. The front yard also offers a charming seating area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



Additional perks include a private washer and dryer, driveway parking for one car, and free street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of one to two owner’s closets.

With nearby greenbelts, parks, and a short commute to universities and hospitals, it’s the perfect blend of quiet comfort and city convenience.

Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.



Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



HOUSE RULES:

- Occupancy [ 8 ]

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

- Smoking is NOT allowed.

- Minimum smoking fee: $200. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- Parties or events are NOT allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.

- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.

- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.



Pool Rules:

- The pool is not heated.

- Please do not tamper with the pool equipments. Fees may apply.

- Outdoor pool should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times.

- No glass or food is allowed around the pool area. Fees may apply.

- Please close the pool umbrella after use or during strong winds.

- Please keep the gates closed at all times for water safety.



HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.



As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
