Kathleen, a house that comfortably fits six adults and puts so many restaurants within walking distance makes a group trip run smoothly. Good to know the location worked as well as it does. Come back anytime, there are plenty of tables in town still left to try.

The property was located only a short walk from downtown which was wonderful. The room size was great. The communication with the host was exceptional. The only drawback for me personally was the height of the kitchen ceiling and the upstairs ceilings as I am a very tall person but wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! House was extremely clean, bedding was so comfortable and spotless- hotel quality. Hot tub was spotless and hot. Definitely a great stay.

Great location! Easy walk to downtown. Quick drive to Kentucky Horse Park or Keeneland. Lots of room in the house. The outdoor patio and hot tub are private and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure!

This house is in a very very sketchy area Drugged out homeless people literally walking the sidewalks most of the day right in front of the house in the middle of the day! Immediately checked out and never even stayed because i felt very unsafe And the host didn’t refund not even a penny

Very nice, clean, PERFECT location. The second bathroom has a tub with a removable shower head however you cannot stand up to shower as you would run into the wall (too small of a space to stand to shower). PERFECT for kids, does not really work as a shower for adults. Would absolutely rent again-hot tub lovely, private. Again the location is PERFECT to get you anywhere you want to be in Lexington, especially downtown. Owners to stellar with communication.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The home was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the area.We especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches throughout the house. Even something as simple as labeling the light switches makes such a difference when you’re staying somewhere unfamiliar and don’t have to guess which switch controls what! It was clear that the hosts had really thought about what makes a guest feel comfortable.It was much too hot outside for us to take advantage of the hot tub during our stay, but we appreciated that plenty of towels were provided and that the outdoor furniture cushions were neatly and safely stored in the garage for guests to use.The hosts were friendly, engaging, and very helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.And definitely don’t miss the nearby gelato shop! It’s incredibly close and absolutely amazing. The owner is Italian, and we honestly thought the gelato was even better than what we had in Venice!We had a great experience from beginning to end and would happily stay here again anytime. Highly recommend!

The house was great! Amazing kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The beds were also comfortable. The hot tub was so appreciated since it was somewhat cool and rainy most of our time here. Our one disappointment was the listing described a game room/arcade, which we were looking forward to. I was told it was no longer available and or/accessible.Additionally, the master toilet would often times not fill with water after flushing so the stopper had to be pushed down manually. This was brought to the attention of the host so I assume this has been resolved.. Overall, a great place to stay!!!

Beautiful home close to downtown and campus. Tons of natural light, extremely clean, comfortable beds. Backyard is an oasis in the middle of the city. Host is attentive. Everything you need to be in the middle of the action, or even just chill out!

Our family with kids was not able to come so we only had adults. I did notice kid friendly games on property and the space was magically nooks and crannies up , appealing to young and old. Stairs were a bit tricky for amputee but manageable if staying in the downstairs lovely space. Thanks for books with cleanup duties. It is always too hard to share those with whole group if only online. Loved the neighborhood and proximity to new park. Great stay.
