The Space:
Brand new hot tub available now! Welcome to Dusty Dunes! The open top level is perfectly set up for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying each others company! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, and the dining area can host your group to enjoy meals together. The great room has lots of windows and is flooded with light, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the deck with a drink, snack, or book in hand. There is a king master bedroom on this level, with a private ensuite full bath.

On the mid level is a variety of bedrooms to choose from. Another king master ensuite is available, as well as a queen room, a bunk bedroom, and a twin bedroom. There is a hall full bath also on this level, ensuring convenience for everyone.

The ground level is where the real fun begins. Challenge a competitor to a round of pingpong or air hockey. There's a designated area for the movie watchers in the family with a cozy couch and TV. The kitchenette and bonus full size fridge means snacks and drinks are right in hand! The 6th bedroom of the home is also on this level, offering a queen bed with a semi-private full bath. Additionally, a laundry area with a washer and dryer are available to make your stay more comfortable.

Outside, take a dip in the sparkling private pool or soak up some rays in the sunloungers. Play a round of corn hole, or take the 4 minute stroll to the beach and enjoy the sand & surf. A brand new hot tub is being installed and will be ready for guests who stay AFTER October 15th, 2025. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free during your stay. There is room for 4 cars to park.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
